An associate promised to follow up and call me the next morning; no call. I called, and reminded him of his promise and his response was "well, it's still morning somewhere". Very poor customer focus.

Well I think they should have more than one person doing the calling backs. Monday morning owner called about when mower was going to be done. They said in the afternoon. Then they called back in a 1/2 hour and said it was done! Flaky people who don't care about their customers except if you are commercial then they said they do commercial first then the homeowner! That's just wrong. Had the mower at least 4 weeks just for a blade sharpen! Do Not Deal with these liars.

The service department completely destroyed both blowers, which we took back to where they were originally purchased, and they were warrantied and replaced. Furthermore, they have had my scagg for over 2 months claiming their techs were out with covid. They charged me $279 dollars to align the hydraulics and replace a band, $149 to rotate blades and an additional $40 to sharpen dull blades. They just tried to haggle my team for additional funds. I have called and spoken to the Service manager, and he has no clue as to what's going on or time frames to complete a repair. We rely on skilled labor to complete an effective repair, but it's such a waste of time and resources to deal with unprofessional shops such as this one. Please save your time and money and do not go here! Will be uploading pictures of all damaged equipment and receipts as well as quotes!

I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy
