Well I think they should have more than one person doing the calling backs. Monday morning owner called about when mower was going to be done. They said in the afternoon. Then they called back in a 1/2 hour and said it was done! Flaky people who don't care about their customers except if you are commercial then they said they do commercial first then the homeowner!
