I sent a message on Yelp and she responded right away. I had a last-minute booking and I was late, but she was so accommodating. My son HATES getting his hair washed or braided (hence why I cut most of it off) so when she started shampooing, he was acting a fool! But Tai was so patient with him and helped him relax. She even had him calm while he was getting his hair blow-dried, and that was the first time getting a blow dryer on his head! I thought for sure he would freak out, but he didn't. I sent her a photo on how I wanted it braided, simple with a little design, and she did it exactly how I asked. My son amazingly sat still the whole time and watched a cartoon she had playing on TV. I highly recommend her for small children, especially little boys, because she is so patient and talented.

It wouldn't have been that big of a problem if the style had lasted. You could see the difference between natural and artificial hair. But I dismissed it thinking it was because of the style.The next day the artificial hair was separating where it was added. I was surprised because the previous style lasted 3 weeks (and would have actually been ok another but I wanted her hair washed). You also couldnt tell they were feeder braids. That stylist however no longer works there. I called and sent a picture and no one responded. I called a few days later and a young woman reported her manager would call me back. I have yet to hear from anyone. Very poor customer service.

I've never experienced this with any other braider we've gone to. What makes things worse is this style was for my daughter's picture day at school and doesn't feel confident.
