She told me if i just put heat to my hair my hair would be fine, however I told her from the jump i don't wanna have to put heat to my hair to be able to wear it. She said "well then there's nothing more that I can do from here." I paid for natural curly links that she botched & instead of taking accountability she basically told me that because I don't wanna just wear it straight, it's on me. She literally had to have gotten her customer service skills from the same place she got her micro link installation skills. The garbage. Completely unprofessional. Completely unqualified. Completely awful. $450 for the worst service I've ever received. She's the stylist from hell. Beware. She's a fraud and just wants money she doesn't care about service. She's gonna book you at one time, & if you're lucky she will be on time. And she's going to be double, even triple booked , doing someone else's hair.. so you will be waiting. I paid $320 for my braids, and shortly after getting them done my scalp started itching extremely bad. I developed irritation, bumps and swelling to the point that I had to take the entire style out the same day. I texted her immediately about what was happening. She explained to me how they handle/clean their combs, but considering the reaction I had, I was already concerned about what could have caused it. When I went back because my scalp was so irritated, another lady started putting some white substance on my scalp trying to help. Then one of the solutions offered was for me to go buy new hair and products with my own money and come back to get my hair braided again. After what my scalp had just been through, getting it braided again was the last thing I wanted. I understand things can happen, but how you handle a customer when something goes wrong says a lot. I spent $320, had a horrible reaction, and had to take my hair out the SAME DAY. Then I was being asked to spend even more money to redo it. Absolutely not. If you're considering booking, I would definitely read the reviews, ask questions about sanitation and products being used, and make your own decision. As for me, I will never return. 0/10 experience.

It's in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking outside of her shop. Her place is located in a hair gallery type set up where in the building there are individual salons in each of the rooms. I was instructed that I needed to wear a mask ahead of time and she conducted a temperature check upon entry. The space is very clean, as she allows time between appointments to clean her shop. I went in for a regular wash and cut and she listen to what I wanted and the results were great. She also recommended how to book in the future, which was very helpful.
