My mom absolutely loved the music and the serenade made her so happy. It filled my heart to see my mom experience so much joy. The musicians even tailored some of the songs to honor my mom's home country of Colombia, which we really appreciated. My mom lives in an assisted living facility that has taken significant precautions during Covid -19. The serenade took place outdoors, at a safe distance, and the musicians wore masks. Amazing Service and performances. Rigo was awesome to work with. I have used their trio services twice and been extremely satisfied both times. My mom had a 60th bday celebration and this trio went out of there way to learn several Colombian songs so that she could feel extra special that day. Then again during a "serenata" we had for my bride to be they learned some more Colombian songs so they could incorporate it into their performance. They were completely unbelievable. I would not hire this Mariachi band if they played free. Rigo was very rude and unprofessional. Read the terms of agreement before you decide to hire these guys. It states that they also use other bands so maybe you won't get the band you think you're getting. Also, they don't play at any public places so that you can hear them live. After I told Rigo that I didn't want to hire them, because of his attitude, he left me a voicemail that said that I was wasting his time and that it was ridiculous because I didn't decide immediately to hire them. I am purely quoting on the customer service. I DID NOT END UP BOOKING. The time did not work out but the owner was very friendly and got back to me with a phone call then text message. He was on top of it and professional and understood that I couldn't book with him. He offered the Trio for $350 for one hour. The Trio musicians were guitars only.
