Just left Serendipity Bar and grille. We were told by the first server that Penny would be with us shortly. We watched this particular server walk by us probably six times refusing to wait on us. So we waited patiently in the bar for Penny to come and greet us -about 10 minutes later she finally did. Keep in mind, There were only three people at the bar and one table that had two people at it when we got there. Then we waited patiently to order drinks and she never came back. So about 15 minutes later we got up to just leave. I watched her behind the bar doing everything but waiting on us. She waited on the three people that were at the bar who already had drinks and food, but didn't come over to get our drink order. So we left. With nothing. read more

I saw this restaurant on a friends post last year and have been looking forward to it for awhile. Went Saturday night at 7:45 pm April 23, 2022. I called to make the required reservation and was not told that there was a outdoor and indoor option. It was a nice evening and would have preferred to sit outside if it had been offered. Anyway, sat inside. The waitress was nice but service was terrible. We ordered the drinks, appetizer, and meal at the same time. It took about 20 mns for my husbands drink to come and was told that my drink was being worked on. The drink menu only has like 10 mixed drinks and we were sitting right by the bar. She then brought out the appetizer like 10 mns later and still no drink for me. I had to request some ice water just to have something to drink. The meal came about 10 mns later. There were only 2 tables being occupied when we got there so the indoor dining was NOT crowded. It appeared to be short staffed and obviously the bartender did not know her job or the drinks would not have taken so long. Food was ok but severely overpriced. I will not return due to this experience. read more

This is the best bar and grill in Tennessee! They have famous Wisconsin Cheese curds, great pasta, steaks. You name it! I have heard they have a good bar too! 10/10 will go again! read more

Went to this place for a friend's birthday dinner. Worst experience ever! We sit patiently waiting for over an hour just for a drink of water. When we tried to politely bring it to the attention of the manager (who turned out to be the owner). We were demeaned and disrespected. We were also told that if we weren't happy that we didn't need to come back! My pleasure... I had no intentions of returning! read more
