Got a large fish order & 2 1/2 orders fried pickles & mushrooms to go tonight. Total $ when ordering seemed abut $4 too high.. but maybe that was a to go fee or prices increased. When I checked out, I put 0% tip as I know with JTs wait until I get the food to cash tip. In looking at ticket, they gave & charged me for a full order of shrooms... here we go again. Got home 5 minutes later, the shrooms & pickles were so greasy & flimsy & undercooked we could only eat a couple. Was the cook a Munford HS student???? Did he not check the temp when cooking, these are pretty easy to get right, but these were downright nasty. Homemade chips were good. Fish was good - 1st piece, nice & crispy, 2nd piece not so much. How in the world does that happen? No matter how good their fish is, everything else is a complete disaster. Never again... I'll drive to Memphis to get fish vs JTs.

The sub was comparable to any other fast-food sub business. I do appreciate the company premise of supporting first responders. Being a new location, this spot was clean and fresh. Unfortunately the positivity ends there... The staff...well some were pulling their weight and some weren't. The girl working the register looked absolutely miserable to be there and Im just glad she wasn't handling our food. She would also duck around the corner by the drink machine, out of sight of the manager, to use her phone while her coworkers were slammed with orders. My sandwich order was messed up. The drink machine was out of ice (or ice was broken) at mid day on a weekend day. The drinks and chips are a very unorganized process. Make sure to ask for your cups when they bring your food to the table. The drink machine is out of most drinks, so its slim pickin. Also, they keep it rather brisk in there so bring a sweater. All that too say, I dont much see myself going back. It was a lack luster experience and okay food at best. Unfortunate because the food seems slightly better quality than Subway or Lenny's but there are better lunch options in town.
