I was getting more self-conscious about my white temples (I'm young, but did not get very good hair genes), and she colored them and made them look totally natural with the rest of my hair. Two years ago, I was the maid of honor for my mother's wedding and I witnessed my mom be absolutely treated like crap on her wedding day. This artist was contracted with Clementine's and her name was Cierra. She made comments to my mom about how her face was "asymmetrical " and she straight up said in front of everyone said loudly "your skin is aged". Everyone in the room was super uncomfortable with Cierra and she made my mom cry on her wedding day. Then Cierra showing a pic to Steph talking literal crap about my mom and all the bridesmaids heard it and she was literally laughing. Any comment my mom would ask her to fix she would just insult her and not fix it. Fast forward, this company gets an email from my mom who is upset and all they offer to do is "pass it on" to the stylist and that it "broke her heart" but offered nothing to make up for this terrible experience. You can look at all my Yelp reviews, I NEVER leave small businesses bad reviews but this is so unacceptable and unprofessional and I want to prevent any bride from experiencing this on their wedding day. As a business after hearing this you would think you would think you would work to fix it and make your clients who spent hundreds of dollars something to make up for this. NOT THIS PLACE. Future brides, please pick another salon that will make you feel special on your wedding day.

I asked for several light pastel colors to be added in my hair and she used extremely bright, almost neon shades. Not only was the color terrible, but my hair was completely fried because she overprocessed with the bleach. It actually was starting to break and fall out while I was there and my hair was being blow dried after the bleach and before adding the colors. When I was looking for someone to fix what she had done I was told that it was completely unnecessary to have even used bleach and that she never should have attempted what I asked for in one session. I consulted with 3 other stylists about fixing my hair and all of them said that they would have told me they could not do what I wanted without multiple visits and incorporating different colors over time. Tracy refused to refund my money and was going to charge me again to fix what she had done that looked so awful. A reputable stylist would want their client to be happy and would at the very least fix the problem for free. Not Tracy. She also said that in order to fix my hair it would need to be bleached yet again. That was not accurate. I was able to see a stylist who actually is a color expert and he was able to bring my hair back to a beautiful brown without any bleaching. I saw Tracy in June. It is now November and my hair is still damaged and falling out in clumps. That is why I am leaving my review months after my visit. My hair was butchered by Tracy. It was healthy and strong before she touched it. To top off the horrible color job, Tracy had an attitude during my entire appointment and made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt so weird that I actually told her that even though I hated my hair, it was what I asked for, which it wasn't. I went in to say that I didn't like it and wanted it fixed as soon as possible because I was embarrassed to be seen in public. She wasn't helpful in discussions about what could be done and actually suggested that I use hydrogen peroxide on my severely damaged hair to help remove the designer colors. I do see she has many positive reviews, which is very surprising to me, but maybe she was having an off day when I got my hair done. All I know is that it will take a long, long time for my hair to be healthy again and I deeply regret ever having let Tracy touch my hair.
