UNSATISFIED!!!!! This dentist was extremely RUDE! He told me, "I was wasting his time!" His assistant replied, "Oh, he doesn't mean it!". He answered, yes, I do". I see this place now says it's closed but I'm leaving this for anyone searching DDS Dr. Deandre Alexander online and telling you to NEVER trust this man with your fixture/ implant services!!! Started my full upper journey in mid 2020. Got my permanent fixture early 2021. Within the first month, 1 of 4 of my implant posts came out. It was the most painful thing I've ever endured. The way how was when doing my silicone fitting his assistant, Destiny shoved the mold back into my mouth and I heard and felt the bone crack and she told me to calm down when I put my hands up like STOP! So instead of offering a plan to fix it, Deandre refunded the 1k and said confidently the three remaining posts would be fine to go on with. Bullsh*t Now here I am in fall of 2025 and need a complete reconstruction of my upper jaw bone due to the three posts also cracking out of my bone, loosening and hitting nerves so bad that I haven't been able to remove my snap fixture for four months, now speak very small and can hardly eat/ smile/ laugh/ kiss without everything coming out of my mouth at once. The pain is indescribable let alone whatever hygiene routine I now neglect by now being able to hardly touch my teeth. DDS Deandre Alexander needs a hard lawsuit for all of the malpractice you'd find in his reviews. on 9-12-23 had 7 upper teeth shaved down and crowns placed on them after a detailed conversation with the dentist in which I wanted teeth pulled and dentures, Dentist assure me the use of crowns was a better option and would last 10-15 years. I expressed concerns about knowing people that crowns fall off and dentist assured me that I could return to the office if something like that occured but that he assured me it wouldnt because that only occurs if someone doesnt know what they are doing. On 2-27-24 one of the crowns fell off in my mouth while I was just sitting there and lucky I was able to retrive it, I immediatly called the office left voice mails x 3 in 2 days they were not returning call so I just stopped in to the office and was placed into a dental room, After a short time the dental assist returned (no dentist bothered to see or talk to me) and said the dentist that did the implants was no longer there and the dentist currently there (owner) didnt know how to cement in a crown (at Affordable dentures and implants at 700 eastgate south dr 45245 Cincinnati eastgate oh with crowns listed as a service). When I asked what they were going to do I was told basically to bad so sad, no one there to help me and nothing they could do . ( I must say this is a large company with offices all over the US they could have referred me to another office and offered to pay to have the crown recemented in and I would have been happy but I was left with a hole in my smile of upper teeth looking terrible and embarrassing and I attempted to use crown cement to put the crown back in myself, bought at cvs, and that is what it is for but it only keeps the crown in place for a day or two and I am going to end up choking, swallowing or loosing the crown before it s over. I just finished having 5 zirconia crowns done at Austin Affordable Dentures, and I am very pleased with the results. They are high quality and top of the line. The price was unbelievably low--less than half the price of lowest other dentist I could find. There was a delay in getting them (I waited the usual 3 weeks wearing temporary crowns for them to be made, but once they arrived the lab had made a mistake on two of them that required waiting an additional 6 weeks) and a delay in getting an appointment once they were in (it took 10 days after the lab delivered them for them to give me an appointment to have them placed) so you're probably wondering why I would give them 5 star review, right? It is because the temporaries were very easy to wear and looked fine, the final product was worth waiting for and the most important thing, the services of Dr. Alexander's new assistant, Yudith made it all okay. After my experience at the clinic, I was not really happy about going for my final appointment and just wanted to get it over. To be honest, I was dreading it, because the process of having my first 3 temporary crowns removed and the permanent ones installed was not fun. Nothing was explained, and the dental assistant yanked the temporaries out without a word. Yesterday was a complete different experience. Yudith explained the process, told me what to expect and asked me to raise my left arm if I felt any pain at all. She said the process should be quick and relatively painless. She spoke to me reassuringly as she removed them (gently and painlessly) and checked with me to see how I was doing more than once. Once they were out and the permanent teeth were placed, she gently took me to the 3-D xray room to xray them and make sure everything looked okay. She was pleasant, personable and developed a rapport with me before any of the process began. What a difference one caring, knowledgeable professional can make in a business! To turn a dreaded session into an experience great enough to prompt me to write a positive review was no easy feat! I really got along well with this guy. He can be smooth but he can get dirty real quick. At the time I was struggling financially so I had to chose the cheapo bottom of the barrel dentures. They were awful. When I was able financially to do whatever I wanted to do, I screwed up and went back to this guy. I screwed up even worse letting him talk me into implants. Potential patients beware. The posts he impatiently drove into my gum & bone were scary looking every which way top and bottom He became agitated with me because he couldn't deaden my mouth so he just went for it. Later, his nurse said there was an extremely low percentage of patients across the nation that had even one post come loose. Potential patients, ALL OF MY POSTS TOP & BOTTOM FELL OUT OF MY MOUTH EXCEPT FOR ONE. The one that was left is the only one keeping the top piece from coming out of my mouth. Now what do you think I had to do to get it out of my mouth? I had to pull the only post that set correctly out of my mouth. Think about that for a moment. Some times when you are dumb, you can be really stupid. I let him sell me his "top of the line" that was available to all patients at every dentist. I have an out of control gag reflex. If the top piece goes too far back, I gag to the point of vomiting from fear of choking. I can't control it. He got so put out with me he stopped working with me and went to the "young thangs" he had working for him for at least 3-4 weeks. When I finally went in to "get fit" it was here they are. Work with them when you get home like get the hell,out of here. Potential patients, I am a 6'2" male Anglo-Saxon. The dentures they sent me home with were tiny with a females name in Español. I still attempted to make them work. Maybe they were just mislabeled. If I took one bite of food, or if I took a sip of Dr. Pepper both pieces came out of my mouth. The dentist was amazing. The front desk was nothing but friendly. The clinic is emaculantly clean. The dental assistant I had was terrible! She was finishing up with the final step and shoved the partials in my mouth with no regard to the pain she caused. They were not rinsed well, and pieces of the get were all over the sides of the partials. I told her there were random pieces around the edges of it. She went to take them out of my mouth and was VERY rough. I jumped as it HURT and told her I would take them out. She was all prissy and rude by now. I took them out and told her they tasted awful. Not a word from her. No offer to rinse my mouth or a tissue. She left the room, brought them back, and said nothing. Not, how do they feel, nothing. Just call if you need anything. I asked if this was it, She said yep. Unless you need another adjustment, you're done. And left the room. I got up to leave, and the female doctor happened to walk through. I asked for mouthwash and asked if that was it. I still can't eat as they pop out of my mouth the minute I bite down on anything. The assistant then said, "Well, you're still healing." Very rudely. I told the doctor then and there how rude her assistant was acting. The assistant loudly says, "You pushed my hand away!" Yes, I did. You were so rough and tore the edge of my mouth, trying to pull them out. The female doctor just said, "She's the best we have here." AS THE ASSISTANT IS STILL MOUTHING AT ME FROM ACCROSST THE CLINIC.!! The doctor just kept making excuses and not asking her to settle down. Very unpleasant experience. I'm not really sure where to start, but here we go. -They took my X-rays and the girl taking them seemed annoyed that she even had to do them. -She seated me in a room and asked me on a scale of 1-10 how much pain I was in, I said "9" and she looked at me like I shouldn't be in pain? -The doctor came in and said that I need to get my wisdom teeth removed (I already knew that, and I planned on it, but I just wanted to come in today for some pain meds because the over the counter shit wasn't working.) He asked me the same question the assistant asked me about scaling my pain and was shocked that I was in the much pain. He proceeded to tell me that it was just my gums over flowing on my wisdom tooth that was causing the pain and that I shouldn't be in that much pain because of it. I was shocked that he said that, and the way he was talking to me. His tone was very nonchalant and he sounded as if he couldn't care less. He seemed irritated that I was even in his office. They offered to take them out on the same day, for a really cheap price, but I decided that with the service I had been shown today that I couldn't allow that to happen. -I asked if they could prescribe me any kind of pain meds, and the doctor LAUGHED out loud and said that "there's not point," and I'll be having the surgery soon and I "would need them anyways after that." -The only thing I liked was that the consultation was free, I would have been LIVID if I had to pay anything for it. Very poor services. I was there to have a consutations for possible finishing the tooth implant I have started about 1.5 years ago. It was about 2 weeks before the end of 2020 and I told the office and the doctor that if they can do the work, I need to get it started before the end of the year to be able to use my flexible medical/dental account reserve. Otherwise I will lose the unused flexible account reserve. No problem, I was told, as long as the office can get the brand/size of the implant so they can order the parts. I do understand if the brand/size can not be ordered then they can not do the work. The next day or 2, I tried to call the office to tell them that I got the brand/size information they need, but I can not get anyone at the local office to answer my calls (after numerous times). Finally after many many calls in several days that always ended up at the main answering services, one person is nice enough to tell me that the local office is closed for the entire week of Christmas. The answering service said the people at the office won't be back until the monday after the break. I left them the message to call me (expecting monday), but no they don't call me until Tuesday afternoon which is 12/29/2020. Now there is no chance to get the work started before the end of 2020. Now I can not use my flexible account reserve. No body at the office told me that they will be gone for that many days until it's too late to do any work for me before the end of the year. But the doctor said no problem to do before the end of the year. Let's just say we as a patient, or potentially a patient, or most like never their patient again live and breath according to their convenience, and that they do not have our best interest in their mind when they run Affordable Dentures So do I give zero star or 1 star rating ? read more

It is difficult to realize that your teeth need to be pulled and replaced, the pain and shame Can be overwhelming. Dr. Alexander and his team were understanding and respectful. I got fixed dentures - full mouth for my top and bottom teeth. This was a 2 and a half year process. The temporary dentures were not too sturdy and caused me to have reactions such as blisters and dry mouth. Had it not been for Desi, I would have given this business a 1 star. When I first went, there was Dr. E. He was very informative, polite, and social. He and Desi were a great pair. However, about 6 months into the process of getting my permanent teeth, Dr. E moved. A new Doctor came by the name of Dr. Chenausky. This doctor made me feel like I was a bother to him. He didn't want to see or talk to me. He told me I was one of Dr. E's left over patients and not one of his patients. He even told me I could take my transfer my account to any other Affordable Dentures. This man has yet to acknowledge me as one of his patients. Luckily, Affordable Dentures has a great dental assistant named Desi. She has been my saving grace with this whole process and has been there to make up for his horrible demeanor. Desi has treated me like family. She works around my schedule as best as she can and has always made me feel comfortable and valued. When you pay 40,000.00 for fixed dentures, you should be treated with respect and definitely should be valued as a customer. Thanks to Desi, I feel like I an continue to go to Affordable Dentures in Georgetown. The day she leaves, my business will leave as well. I agree with Betty W. The whole experience was a nightmare and I felt so belittled and patronized that I didn't even want to go back in when my dentures didn't fit right and they were still under warranty. I tried to like this man, I could tell he could potentially be a great dentist, but he is arrogant, patronizing, and exceptionally rude...especially if you question his work. Why wouldn't I question his work? This is going in MY MOUTH!!! He had me looking like Mr. (or Mrs.) Ed and got mad when I said I didn't like them and that they were uncomfortable (canker sores); those were the temporary dentures. The permanent dentures looked a lot better but within six months six teeth fell out; 4 on the top and 2 on the bottom; the first one within a month. I sent him an invoice AND pictures hoping that at $125 a tooth to glue them back in, he would do the right thing and reimburse me; of course I never heard from him. What a jerk! I plan to just make do with these for now and get another pair when I can scape together the money. Just because they are less expensive than some doesn't mean that their client's don't have trouble affording their services; he seriously needs to keep this in mind. Regardless, I won't be enabling him anymore. Perhaps I'll try Waco, New Braunsfels or San Antonio. I absolutely refuse to give him any more of my hard-earned money! Yes, the receptionist is VERY nice, I can't say enough good things about her, but the rest of the staff needs serious sensitivity training, and they all need to learn how to LISTEN TO THEIR CLIENTELE! I am 44 yrs old & due to a genetic condition & other dental health problems only had 13 failing teeth. I have had several other extensive dental procedures & was finally told that full extractions & possible implants were my best option. Over the past 4 years I have met with 2 other local dentist, who like Dr. Alexander, have the latest x-ray/equipment & specialize in implant dentistry but gave me prices between $20,000 - $45,000 - an amount I would never be able to afford. I wish I had gone to Dr. Alexander at Affordable Dentures first. The experience was wonderful! He explained all the same treatment options with a kind, gentle & down to earth manner that immediately set me a ease. His Assistant, Liz, was just as warm & patient to answer all my question. Dr Alexander provided me with with a variety of treatment plans ranging from $3,100 - $7,100 - finally amounts that would allow me the same dental care benefits & increased quality of life. I opted to get the New Denture Wearer package & 3 stabilizing implants in my lower jaw THAT SAME DAY! Again, Liz carefully explained the whole procedure as she took impressions & a 3-D x-ray to ensure proper placement of the implants. I was given prescriptions to fill & instructed to return at 1pm. I opted for oral sedation so shortly after I took my prescribed dose, all the way through the entire procedure & returning from la la land at home was a complete blur - just what I hoped for. No pain or emotional discomfort through the process. I came home with Immediate upper & lower dentures. I know they are temporary as part of the New Wearer package & facilitate healing but they are still beautiful. I finally have a confidence in my smile that I have not known for years. This is like a miracle. Dr Alexander & his Team are fabulous! I read all the reviews before I decided on Affordable Dentures & I can't understand why some people had the kind of experience they report. I went to affordable dentures because I have not taken proper care of my teeth over the last fifty years. Whenever I had a tooth ache my answer was pull it rather than do a root canal etc. by the time I was fifty I had 12 teeth you could see and 10 you could not. The area dentists pushed to get me to spend close to $40,000 for implants. My opinion was no way. So I chose dentures at basically $5000 instead. Everyone at the Austin office were great. This was the worst experience of my life! DO NOT entrust your dental care to these people. This is the worst dental experience I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. "Doctor " DeAndrae Alexander walked into our first meeting without even greeting me or asking me how I was. He stroked up to the X-ray pictures on the wall,did not make any comments to me, and just said to the assistant "schedule her". During the actual procedure, he kept jabbing my gums roughly with the needle. I asked him to please slow down and to please not be so rough. He nonchalantly told me rudely, "the sooner we do this, the sooner we'll be through ". He began roughly ripping my teeth out of gums, injuring my gum on the top of one of the teeth he pulled out, creating a huge hole in my upper gum. Then, the worst part came. On my bottom jaw, HE PULLED OUT THE WRONG TOOTH, one which had not been numbed by novacaine. The pain was so bad that I physically pushed him away from me and started crying. I told him hysterically "You just pulled out the wrong tooth!!!" He stood back and said "Well what do you want me to do about it. Afterward, as I was still bleeding heavily, a nurse came in and shoved my upper partial in roughly. I asked her "Aren't I supposed to get that after I've healed a little?" She said "No, the sooner we get it in, the better ". When I got home I realized later that to he partial did not fit. When I tried to put my teeth together, the partial lifted up in the back, making it impossible to chew with it in. One tooth on the partial is longer Thea all the other teeth. It is completely useless. "Dr Alexander had the worst bedside manner that I have ever encountered in a doctor or dentist. He and his staff are distant and rude beyond words to describe them. After the procedure, I wanted to talk to the dentist, but I could tell that he was avoiding me. When I tried to talk to him in the hallway, he would not make eye contact with me, and ducked quickly into the next room, although he knew that I was trying to get his attention. I plan to take any action I can against this doctor. DO NOT entrust your care to him. Now, besides the teeth he pulled, I am tragically also missing a tooth that did not need to be extracted. I have a great full set of dentures also.No complaints. Just fast, nice and informative service. Also wanted to note because of a previous review that stated she was having an issue with pain, it was not my experience at all. I was in need of an upper molar extraction and an implant installation. The provider my dentist referred me to wanted $5,500 - this included fully sedating me for the extraction. As this plan didn't fit my budget, I sought out Dr. Alexander to see what he could offer me. Affordable Dentures & Implants has provided full dental implants for two of my family members; they came highly recommended. The cost they quoted was about half the price and the procedure would be completed with local anesthetic. My procedure was scheduled for two days later; my tooth was extracted and the post installed. I go back for in four months to complete an impression for the crown. Dr. Alexander's website clearly lists the costs of different services. Absolutely, Positively well deserved 5 stars. Starting from the minute that I met with receptionist onto meeting with Dr. Alexander, to receiving treatment was courteous and professional. Both receptionist greeted me and smiled while they did it too. I did not get the norm; "how may I help you do you have insurance"? As many others offices do. That made me feel as my needs were going to be important to this dental office. Upon meeting with Dr Alexander by the way, greeted me and smiled also, was a nothing short of professionalism, concerning and, care providing. Like others i had treatment plans quoted as much as $60,000 and with a size and age of my household 60k could be better spent;..like on my 4 children. Well, after examining X-rays and listening to what I wanted or could benefit from Dr. Alexander presented me a treatment plan that was much more affordable and beneficial to my oral health. We agreed to treatment plan. I met with the hygienist he took impressions and I was set up for surgery the next day folks. Overnight anxiety set in about having teeth pulled, long needles, pain and of course "WHAT IF's" so I didn't show up. Weeks later I get a call from dr. Alexander's office and it was him personally. I told him reasons for not showing up ("which pretty much is equivalent to being a coward") and he assured me that he would take good care of me. I want to send a shout out to Alex the hygenist for numbing me up b4 the needle. Dr Alexander comes in sticks me at least 4× but I don't feel any after the 3×. Few minutes goes by and work begins on 10 extractions A soft jazz song or two later I was looking in a mirror of a full set of upper and lower, pair of dentures. Went home without any pain and woke up the the next day with out pain. Now don't get it twisted I was sore from trauma to the gums but they have me a liquid to put in extracting sites that would help build a socket or blood clot in order for my gums to heal it also acted as pain relief. In conclusion, this dental office provided me with exceptional care, outstanding customer service, quality service and most importantly restored qualilities to my life. read more

If I had a choice I would not give any stars. Let me first start off with the technicians. They were great! beautiful dentures, but one apple or I should say two bad apples spoil the whole bunch. Secretary EXTREMELY RUDE! NEEDS TO BE FIRED OR HAVE AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT! Secretary was huffing, puffing and rolling eyes because questions were being asked and she had to actually do her job. Dentist well he was cocky and didn't have any bedside manor or professionalism at all. I normally do not write a reviews until point a to z is done however I do know there are people with huge fears of the dentist as I was. 1 st the office is clean, professional and friendly. No issues there what so ever. They answered my questions. Oh yeah and the x rays..Pain free and amazing. I already knew I needed a full extractions top and bottom. So we went over the options and I choose the one best for me. Although I am considering getting implants on the top now at a very reasonable price. The bottom ones are already started. So was it pain free?No, however I had enormous amounts of infection and when he hit it and it hurt a lot BUT I was gave more pain medication. No issues. But you don't know until you hit it and that is not his fault. I have not had any issues after my extractions or a lot of pain and I believe that is partly due to the prescriptions he gave me before the surgery and after. Everything is healing fine. My temps look awesome although getting lose but I have an appointment soon to fix that. And I am Happy. No more pain. No more infection and I am not broke in the end. I got more than I paid for! I will up date as I am going through the rest of this process but so far everything is awesome and I am super stoked about it all moving forward. If you need to do it get it done. Happy to be where I am now and this is what this man does. He and his team are good at their jobs. Up Date 8/30/2017 Went in for a reline.They fit great now.Fast and Friendly service as always. In my life time I have been to more than my fair share of dentists. My family has a history of generally bad and problematic teeth, and then there have been my contributions to that... I know that dentistry is a business, but it is so important in so many ways.. it is also SO expensive. Having been talked into financing procedures that I couldn't afford in an effort to "save a tooth" that was only going to be lost later down the road, I appreciate someone who takes into account my specific needs, and looks at the bigger picture. In 2005 I went to an affordable dentures in Austin ran by a dr. that moved away shortly thereafter. I got my top denture then. The value was good, but there was a lot of waiting. I only had the top denture done then since it was my main point of vanity and self esteem, and because it was all I could afford. Last year I finally saved the money to go back and have several teeth on the bottom pulled. Dr. Alexander and his entire staff have ALWAYS listened to MY specific needs, not rushing me through like a production plant. They have always been courteous, professional, and nice. The office is pretty new and comfortable. They may get busy sometimes, but compared to the waits I went through at the other offices I have been to,even the busy days aren't that bad. They have not disappointed me in anyway, and have almost always exceeded my expectations. It is almost ashamed that I will have this beautiful smile, because now I don't really have need of a good dentist, and I just finally found one.! You will be hard pressed to find a better value ANYWHERE! For those of us who would like to have a functional and nice smile there are few options if you are uninsured, under insured, or moderate income. The quality of the work is definitely worth more. $2,000 for flexible patials and my bottom ones fit and loom great, although the top ones are goofy and don't fit the top ones and where I have only one tooth missing on top they put two small teeth. The coloring is off a little and they look weird. Just sayn. Also make me gag.. read more

I went to Affordable Dentures for general dental services after having been referred to Dr. Alexander by family members who had been his patient at a previous practice. I live in Georgetown, Texas. Once I arrived, I understood that the practice is focused on dentures and related services, but he agreed to see me based min part, I assume, given his long time relationship with my relative. My particular needs were simple-I wanted a general check up and cleaning. That said, I was a bit nervous since I had only seen a dentist twice before (I am in my mid 50s). My experience at Affordable Dentures was exceptional. The front staff were both friendly and professional. While waiting for my appointment, I noticed how the staff interacted with their largely senior citizen clients (at least on the couple of times I visited); they seemed genuinely friendly and welcoming, and patiently answered their customers' questions about cost and time. I appreciated that. Once back in the treatment area, Dr. Alexander came and greeted me, explained what was going to happen, then turned me over to the Dental Hygienist. She was quiet but very efficient; I was finished in less than 10 minutes. After x-rays (no cavities!), I asked about teeth whitening. [My wife and I had considered going to one of the places in the mall, but the costs were prohibitive.] Dr. Alexander said that help me, so I came back another day and a staff member made a clay (?) cast of my upper and lower teeth. After some time, I came back to pick up my molded tray and whitening solution. While I could see he was having a busy day, Dr. Alexander himself came in to explain how to use the product and what to expect. I want you the reader to know that I am completely happy with the services-and associated costs of the treatment-I received. Dr. Alexander was friendly, seemed to enjoy his work, and has hired a great team to work alongside him. Again, I was particularly impressed with how staff treated his older clients. It has taken me quite a long time to write this, after 2 family deaths and parental hospitalizations I was able to get BEST SERVICE IN THE WORLD AT DR TEJAS PATEL WITH LAKEWAY DENTAL downtown office. Early July I went to Affordable dentures for implant consult. Picked a package including temporary and permanent dentures. Informed him I needed sedation due ro panic attacks and PTSD. I was VERY CLEAR about that. Was told of course. Was given script for 1 Halcion to take 1 hour before appointment. Appointment was afternoon of 7-21-14. Went in that morning for a "fitting" (more like smear fest) told to go home and come back. Took pill as instructed. Did nothing at all. Got there and informed them of this. No big surprise/concern from anyone. In the chair, I brought this up again and reinterated PTSD and panic attacks and asked where the "gas" was. He laughed and said "we don't have gas here" and proceded to numb me up and as he left room I said I felt panic attack coming. I was left alone 10-15 minutes. When him the assistant returned I WAS NOWHERE NEAR NUMB! Told him that too, and he giggled and said it will be over soon. Panic attack in full swing now I was crying out in pain, wincing, squirming and almost hyperventilating. He suggested that I keep it down. After the nightmare was over the poor assistant that helped looked dumbfounded with him. She was so empathetic and apologetic about everything. (Even though she did not do anything wrong) Got to husband outside with blood oozing out sides of mouth and sobbing like crazy. I did that whole way home. Husband told me when I had to go back for follow up and I about lost my mind. But I went to make sure all was ok. Told him I expressly told you about my attacks and PTSD. He shrugged and in snide ass voice told me "it's over now. Now let's take a look". Temporaries sucked! Looked like I had big goose egg between top lip and my nose. Was told they were fine I just needed relign. COULD NOT EVEN CLOSE MY MOUTH! Scheduled 1st relign which they added more crap in them stuck them in and kept ignoring the fact They would not stay in because I could not close mouth. All other religns went same way. Did not go to last one due to family death. Decided he was never touching me again!!! Never got permanents. July of 2016, after year or so of family stuff, and consult after consult, I finally found a practice that is all about the patient comfort and satisfaction. The lowest rating new Dr had was 4.5 cause waiting room too cold! Showed them my temps and their jaws dropped literally. Girl that was there start to finish and after said she had never seen anything like those in 25 years of creating teeth. She broke her knife blade trying to get lining out. I now have beautiful implants that fit wonderfully on bottom and upper dentures that fit so good I have to wrestle them out sonetimes. I will be requesting refund for temps which they can have back(they are useless) and permenants I never got. Going to send copies of all correspondence to Texas Dental Board, BBB, and Affordable Dentures "corporate" office. Even though they are all franchises. read more
