She coached me on how I could adjust thought patterns, encouraged me to consider other ways to view or approach situations by asking questions, and introduced me to various calming techniques. She also helped me to find a low-dose anxiety medication that works well for me, even though I was initially apprehensive about trying it. I would highly recommend working with Regina, as she is very understanding, responsive, compassionate, and easy to talk to. It's apparent that she truly cares about her patients' well-being.

I have been seeing Dr Carlberg since may, yesterday I decided to leave. This woman is manipulative,…read moreone sided and does not listen at all. I went in and told her I didn't think my meds were working and she turned it around on me saying that if I don't reduce stress I will get admitted. The next morning I have the worst panic attack of my life and end up in the ER. I went back into her the next day and explained it to her and she put everything on everyone and everything around me. She did not offer any solutions just made me feel worthless and stupid. After talking it over with my Therapist I have been seeing since November of 2018 I decided it was time to leave. The first few appointments were okay but after that I left feeling worse than I did going in. I would not recommend anyone going to her. She does not belong in the mental health field at all.
