The only excuse for THAT, is greed". She also told me to ask if the owners cut decided to take time off, because that's one excuse for suddenly jacking up their prices that much. The price was literally so reasonable and the hair color was PERFECT. Since it was my first time dying my hair, I asked for dark brown highlights and a brown caramel balayage so that it looks natural and would lighten up over time. It was the perfect hair color because it added texture to my hair but I never had to worry about "touch-up's" because the balayage was done so well. In my appointment I had stated that I had three colors in my hair and was simply looking for a touch up and to redo my roots. I was not on my phone all day due to being at work and when I get home I see my appointments canceled. Absolutely frustrated I message asking why my appointment was canceled stating how extremely unprofessional it is to cancel someone's hair appointment not even 24 hours before the appointment but all she had to say was that "it was her policy" and it would be a bigger service which no it wouldn't, it's a color touch up, she refused to even see my hair before canceling my appointment a second time when I made it again so keep in mind she didn't even have any clue what she was working with. My hair is a super easy fix everyone told me that and when I got my hair done in Florida they told me it would be about $90 to recolor it which is what you guys charge but then she's telling me it's a bigger service and she can't do it? So now I have to go on vacation with my hair faded and looking like this when I could've looked for other places earlier. My old hair color came back after just one wash and when I questioned it, they will just tell me they can't do anything about it or that I must buy their pricey shampoos to make it work. They even recommended me to dye it a second time in a week to get the color that I want....which just tells me they just want your money knowing that-that much of chemicals in someone's here in just a short amount of time is harmful and unhealthy. My hair also fell out a lot due to the extreme amount use of chemicals. You are better off buying one of those drugstore hair dyes in a box than coming here. I am never coming back and do not recommend to anyone
