I also couldn't find many (any?) that did couples massages. I was pretty late booking, so we ended up not doing a couples massage here, but they did have online booking, which makes it so easy. I was less than a week out so there weren't two massages that I could schedule at the same time, but they did have massages that were thirty minutes apart. That worked for me. It was really easy to use their website. They have a table with seating in their front area and couches in a further back seating area. When I finished my massage and waited for my husband I sat in the back seating area, which was really comfortable. I think most people wait in the front though. They have a cute boutique in the front that you can browse while you wait. My massage was amazing. She went the full amount of time and it was everything I wanted. My husband also said his massage was fantastic and that the masseuse called out places where he was tense and where pain was probably coming from. Overall, we both had very relaxing experiences. They serve tea and strawberry water, which was nice. Parking was also super simple, they had a ton around the building. If I'm in the area, I will absolutely come back.

All of this to resolve something that should've never been an issue. Our donor purchased two $500 gift cards for us to use in our nonprofit silent auction for a fundraising event. I'll save you the many back and forth communication. My employee physically went to the spa last week with our two physical $500 gift cards because one of the retorts were "we need to see the physical gift cards". It is recorded in YOUR computer- that both of the cards were wiped BY A MANAGER, leaving a zero balance. There are notes in your database of our organization visiting the spa months ago with the notes of what services we wanted to use our gift cards for. We had a $37 balance so products were given to us then. We have given multiple chances and plenty of time (a year, in fact) for Woodhouse to do the right thing and they have failed. YOU HAVE STOLEN $1,000 from our nonprofit organization who feeds the hungry and shelters survivors and their children from domestic violence at our state-certified shelter. SHAME ON YOU. I don't know how you sleep at night with these business practices (your version- not anyone else's practices) of being liars and thieves. I'm also officially filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since this activity and behavior is reprehensible to the standards set and expected as a business and service provider.
