Their main elevator has broken down several times in the recent past. Once again it is, and has been, for at least a week and they do not know when parts will be delivered. . Residents have to walk (most of them with the assistance of walkers) half way around the floor to the other elevator. That is very difficult for most. Be proactive and have parts on hand. It might also be a help for the back doors be left unlocked during the day to shorten the walk to the elevator. If security at these doors is an issue contract a security company.
