The nursing staff is excellent and takes great care of all the residence. During Covid-19, the protocols they put in place to protect the residence were creative and met all state guidelines. The anxiety quickly melted after our first discussion with the marketing person, and subsequently with all of the care and attention he received from the entire staff. They truly took care of him from their hearts and took him in as family, and eased our minds. When he discharged from their care, several staff members gave him hugs, and he told them he wanted to come and stay again, the best compliment of all. Later, he told me he enjoyed the food, and this man is a finicky eater. I cannot speak highly enough of Kingsley. It's a clean modern facility with an outstanding, very caring staff. God Bless them.

I had seizure 11 days ago and lost use of left side of my body. At first I spent 6 days at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, but needed to be transferred to a rehab facility to learn continue my recovery. Don't get me wrong half the staff is awesome but the other half(mostly made up of techs their words) are horrible. I don't feel safe and I'm not the only one. Been here 5 days now and it has only gotten worse the more I witness.

They do not dispute the services with us. The activity director promised several times to send us payment for our services and has not followed through. The executive director, regional administrator and the activity director have blamed the lack of payment on their corporate office. Supposedly, they are going to correct the situation, but they have not done so for months. This must justify why they are totally unable to get small invoices paid, do not follow through about providing an answer about sending payments and then do not send us payment. Are they having financial issues generally? Who knows. This is a disservice to the elderly who live there as well as to the honest vendors who provided them with services.

Raena was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. She answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. The community is clean and relaxed and visually appealing. But more importantly is the culture of the facility. I witnessed employees joking around with each other more than once! They were happy at work - imagine that! The residents were happy as well, and both the employees and residents were welcoming to my sister and me who were strangers on a tour. The community has activities every single day, a doctor that visits once a week, a hair salon, game rooms, meal service, laundry service, a 24 hour receptionist and I could go on and on. On move in day we were all a little nervous, but my family member was welcomed with open arms and that welcome has not stopped yet! I can honestly say that she is getting personalized attention (and love) from the staff and all of the residents have been so very kind and encouraging to her. Mary (Community Liason) has been an asset to getting my family member settled. She has honestly gone above and beyond and is still, 3 months later, helping my family member adjust. I recently moved from Plymouth Park Apts. to my own home. I can Say that my stay at Plymouth Park apartments was very special. The people there are wonderful and I still find myself going back to play cards with a number of the residents.
