My mother went several days without a shower because they can't keep the schedule full. We had them scheduled to come several hours during the morning and evening and yet someone couldn't shower my Mom for several days? She had feces on her nightgown and herself when I had to rush over to help her because her worker called off once again. Bad weather, they don't show up! Unreliable!! And some workers are good and others no so much. I wouldn't recommend, other previous services did a much better job!

It is a place for Moms run by an amazing woman manager... Kelley . The staff is all women and some of the most caring and compassionate women I have ever met. They not only gave Mom great care..and saw to it that she had everything that she needed, and wanted, but they were there for me as well. To say they went above and beyond in both Mom's and my care is an understatement. I literally could not have gone through that final journey if it weren't for them. From the first day that I went there to scout the place.. to today, they have been with me every step. Including attending her Celebration of Life in October and sending me a Christmas card on my first Christmas without her. They were my saving Grace!! Mom passed peacefully in their care in August. I'm so glad that I chose them to care for her, so that I could be her daughter, and not her caregiver for those final months.I can't possibly list all the reasons that I recommend this AMAZING place. There is a staff member at the Angela Waterford hospice facility who is horrible. The first night I…read morearrived after-hours, frazzled and heart beating in my chest, she coldly opened the doors for me when the automatic opener didn't work, then coldly marched down the long corridors in silence- obviously annoyed that she had to leave her desk. I have caught her gossiping negatively with other staff members who, though mostly lovely, seem intimidated and unduly influenced by her military style meanness. There is very little family support at the Waterford facility (grief counseling once a month) and adding an unwelcoming, unkind personality to the mix during an already stressful and surreal experience is too much to deal with. There's a reason for the saying ''one bad apple spoils the bunch.'' She seems to be a ringleader... and her energy is a downer.
