Had an amazing experience with nurse Allison (Ally). Came here as a first time client and the consultation went great, so I proceeded to get Botox done during this visit. I also went ahead and schedule for a follow up visit to get fillers done a few weeks later. Allison was really easy to talk to and more importantly she listened to my concerns. Botox - They actually blow cold air (from the laser machine) while giving your Botox injections. I felt like that helped with the usual stinging feeling. It went by really quick for my 40+ units. They have a special for $199, for the first 20 units. However, their price per unit is so affordable at $12/unit compared to what I was paying at Skinspirit for $16/unit. Prices are transparent and you can find them on their website. The facility is in a medical building right across the street from Mills Peninsula. It's not decorated or nice as their SF location, but that is expected. read more

The inside of the clinic is nice and clean, but my experience with the treatment and billing was very disappointing. I was clear multiple times that I only wanted 20 units of Botox. Despite this, the aesthetician administered additional units, including an eyebrow raise that I did not consent to, without discussing the change or the added cost beforehand. After the treatment, the front desk attempted to charge me more for these extra units, even though I was never informed or asked to approve them. This felt inappropriate, especially since the issue stemmed from the practitioner not following my clearly stated request. I was also told afterward that this injector does not work at the clinic regularly. What was most concerning was how the extra charge was handled. I was told I should sign up for Aspire Rewards so the clinic could apply a $100 credit to cover the additional cost. Aspire Rewards is typically associated with Dysport, not Botox, and I was explicitly told that I received Botox, not Dysport. I was then told they could "say it was Dysport" in order to apply the credit. This made me extremely uncomfortable and felt dishonest and unprofessional. Clear communication and informed consent are critical in cosmetic procedures, and unfortunately that was lacking here. Because of this experience, I would not return to this practice. read more

called today to schedule an appointment. i've been a loyal customer here for 7 years, so this experience was honestly shocking. the receptionist, Eunsoo, was extremely unhelpful and came across as dismissive from the start. i asked about availability for ultherapy (which is not a low cost treatment), specifically for a saturday in two weeks. she simply said "no" and then paused - no effort to offer alternatives, no attempt to assist, just silence. when i asked what was available, she said the first opening was a month out, again with zero initiative to help find a solution. also said she wants to speak w a nurse before scheduling it? Like how hard is it to schedule an appointment.. it genuinely felt like she was doing everything possible not to schedule the appointment, as if helping a long-term client was an inconvenience. this is very concerning from a bus perspective. front desk staff are the first impression of your brand, and this kind of interaction can easily drive loyal, high value clients away. management should take this seriously - experiences like this directly impact reputation and drive loyal customers seek services elsewhere read more

Ally is an absolute expert and takes the time to tailor every treatment to my specific needs. She has perfected my botox and dysport (I like to switch them up from time to time) to give me the perfect lift without any issues--no crooked smile, just natural and beautiful results! She also helped me dissolve poorly placed filler from another injector, and after carefully assessing my goals, she created a plan for new lip filler that healed well and looks great. As time progressed, Dr. David and Dr. Lisa moved from their lovely Maiden Lane offices to a new. larger location that still offers convenient parking at the union square garage and a walk by all the designer shops we love to splurge. The Burlingame location opened but I was too busy to visit during the grand opening. Right before my wedding I had time (because I made the time) to get Botox again. Wedding pictures are forever. Priorities. The medical building was easy to find. Parking was plentiful and free. The aesthetics of this location mirrors the San Francisco location which made me feel fancy. Dr. Lisa surprised me by showing up to do my Botox. I love her so much because she is a great doctor who educates you about your procedures, manages expectations, and ensures you know the products she is using are the very best quality. Overdue review! Dr. Lisa and the staff are professional and wonderful to work with. I love the results I'm seeing after 3 treatments of secret RF. You see the results after one treatment but can see a dramatic result after the second and third. I have been getting compliment from strangers, family, and friends. I mainly wanted more even skin tone and achieve lighter acne scars. Dr. Lisa can recommend what's the best treatment is for your skin type. I've been coming here for several years now and Dr. Kang is a wonderful injector.. I have gotten Botox and Fillers and had great results. I also did the Endolift and it helped with my smile lines and made my face tighter. Her staff is awesome too. It's easy to schedule an appointment and they respond right away.
