I went to Jazzi's Therapy for my first-ever lymphatic massage and honestly didn't know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, Jasmine was warm, welcoming, and instantly made me feel like I could trust her--which made all the difference. The massage itself was way more intense than I anticipated--definitely not your average relaxing spa treatment. But Jasmine talked me through every step, explaining what she was doing and helping me understand exactly where my body was holding tension and inflammation. It hurt--but in the best, most productive way. Now? I'm addicted. I try to go at least once a week. We're actively breaking down hard fat, draining puffiness, and targeting areas that really need support. She has an amazing sense for where your body needs help and adjusts accordingly. Best deep tissue and sports massage. Jasmine is so experienced and knows exactly the trouble spots on your body with the touch of a hand. It can get painful, if you're willing to accept the pressure, and Jasmine will definitely calibrate to your tolerance, but it's all worth it for the results. My body is all messed up from the military and I've seen literally dozens of different massage therapists from all over to help manage my various injuries. Most have been alright, some have been bad, some good, and a small handful have been excellent. So if you're reading this review, it means you are incredibly lucky because you have the opportunity to see the best massage therapist I've ever had. Jasmine is experienced in multiple styles of massage which means she can bring a wide variety of tools and techniques to your session. Whatever kind of massage your body needs, Jasmine can deliver. But what sets Jasmine apart isn't the years or diversity of experience, but rather her incredible intuition. Deep tissue massage, especially to relieve pain and tightness due to injuries, is hard to do well. But Jasmine truly has a gift. She listens closely to what I say I need and within moments of laying hands on my body she intuits what to do. The best approach isn't always to start in the target area, and Jasmine knows when other muscles need to be released first before the main area of complaint can be tackled. Often, I won't even realize they were tight until she starts in on them; I didn't know, but she knew. I've never once had to offer corrections on placement or pressure. She's never kneaded my bones and I've never had to ask her to go harder or softer. She can read you and know what you need (and how much you can take). Still, none of that matters if you're not comfortable with a massage therapist. Thankfully, Jasmine is also exceptionally kind, caring, and authentic. It's obvious that this isn't just a business for her; Jasmine is called to do this healing work and she brings her whole self to it. My husband has been plagued by recurring back pain, neck stiffness and general aches for years. He's frequented many different massage parlors/studios and while they all provided a sense of temporary relief, none of them left a lasting impression like Jasmine did. I booked my husband for a 2 hr Deep Tissue massage along with Cupping and when he got home he couldn't stop complimenting her skills, strength and surety in her abilities. He commented that this was the BEST, albeit painful, massage he's ever gotten. Before his appointment, he could barely turn his neck side-to-side....when he returned, he regained range of motion not only in his neck but in his arms. He said Jasmine found knots layered on top of knots and was able to bring him much needed relief. I went to her website and was able to secure an appointment for a 60 minute deep tissue massage and 30 minute cupping that morning! OMG my treatment was AMAZING! I am super picky when it comes to who works on my body. I've been getting massages since I was 12. I have learned over the years, what kind of work is actually beneficial. Jazzi is top notch!!
