When we buy the treatments and PAY ALL UPFRONT they offer to schedule appointments in the future an one thinks that it is going to be a smooth process. The reality is different. Having an appointment scheduled does not mean anything. This past week I called the Burlingame office scheduled for 8/22, the next day I got a message informing that the appointment changed to another time (still the same day), I called them again to understand why, the agent offered to return to the original time scheduled. Got a phone call confirming the appointment - which I confirmed. For my surprise, the next day I got the long message (picture here) cancelling the appointment. I am seriously considering requesting a full refund of the thousands of dollars I paid upfront for the treatment. Here is my request to this company: be serious about your operations and customer satisfaction strategy. Do something please, to deliver what customers like myself paid upfront for.

I really liked my experiences at Entrada, it was easy to make appointments, I never had any issues, before, during, or after the visit and always appreciated the cooling gel they give as a nice extra touch. My four is mainly for my unique situation, which was that it was just one spot that took less than 10 seconds to zap. Even adding in a couple extra areas that I usually would just pluck, the entire visit would take less than 2 minutes. Which was pretty steep at around $80 each. I had about 6-8 appointments (it's been about a year or so since I completed the last one so I'm not totally sure at this point) but within about 3 months or so, I noticed everything had grown back. So unless I was willing to have consistent recurring appointments, it didn't make sense for me to continue with the service. I simply switched over to shaving vs plucking and called it a day. I will say that I'm still very pleased that I visited Entrada as the redness from the spot completely faded and it fully healed. Which was everything I could have hoped for. So for me, while it was expensive, I'm very glad I did it and would recommend Entrada for similar issues.

Botox - They actually blow cold air (from the laser machine) while giving your Botox injections. I felt like that helped with the usual stinging feeling. It went by really quick for my 40+ units. They have a special for $199, for the first 20 units. However, their price per unit is so affordable at $12/unit compared to what I was paying at Skinspirit for $16/unit. Prices are transparent and you can find them on their website. The facility is in a medical building right across the street from Mills Peninsula. It's not decorated or nice as their SF location, but that is expected.

Everything is cozy, well decorated, and very comfortable. I was shown into my spa room and received a great facial service, which left my skin feeling soft, smooth, and well moisturized. The staff provides great treatment end to end and one of the staff members walked me through some package options at the end for how I could continue my skincare routine to address my concerns. One thing to note is that they do spend time upselling you here so plan on being here for an additional 10-15 minutes while they put you in a room and walk you through the additional packages available.
