It was a comfort to see that it's totally different from the average MRI machines that are at other places that are not updated . I met Jennifer who basically runs the entire place .A supervisor who makes sure all is correct and professionally done. Consideration and care is something she prioritizes and thats great and thoughtful. She is involved with making sure that everything is done properly there and that the patients receive priority attention and care. I recommend this place for sure and I think it should be listed as a number one example of how an MRI office should run. They have water available . The bathroom is clean even a calming selection of background music to ease anxiety for a claustrophobic person such as myself. Even when I was between different job positions, different dental plans and Dr Otto wasn't within my network, I waited- until my next dental plan did list him as my in-network dentist. Staff is always excellent, from the dental hygienist- Euris to the receptionist Daisy to Dr. Otto's Assistant- who's name escapes me- down to his wife-who always takes care of billing. Dr. Otto is a wonder. Always left out of here content with the few dental procedures I've gotten. He's a sharp shooter but with a cool sense of humor and will let me know what needs to be done and how to maintain my choppers. I don't know why I used to have this weird thought of walking into a dingy office and crummy tools. Not here! His office is inviting, rooms are pleasant and everything is spic and span. The old lady has always had an attitude every time I pick up my script. Also, if they don't have the full script she insist on giving me what they have and that I'll be fine as if she is the doctor. Terrible place for people just wanting to pick up their meds. I've been coming here for almost a year. As a mental health patient I was looked upon like a drug addict instead of a patient. I was questioned multiple times as to why I'm taking this, or why I'm taking that. When I spoke up about the unfair treatment I was receiving I was told to find another pharmacy.
