I subsequently received an email confirming that the payment was being processed. However, despite that assurance, I have not been provided with a mailing date or confirmation that the check has been issued, and I continue to be told only that the reimbursement is "still in process." For that reason, it is not accurate to characterize this matter as resolved at this time.

My mom now has two super friendly and kind young women who trade off supporting her during the week. She is so at ease with them. I was talking to her today and she randomly started singing "You're So Vain" and I could hear her companion singing along with her! Honestly I can't say enough good things about this company. The professionalism and personalized care starts right at the top with Larisa and is embodied by every person in the company I've engaged with.
