Today's service was a trim, bleaching, and toning. Including post care. Even with a trim, i still have a LOT or length. I am one ecstatic camper! I informed Sandra that i had an ear skin irritation, she was super careful and cautious. No irritation during harsh bleaching, toning, or washings! She was super gentle. I'm naturally thick headed so I'm able to withstand a lot of pressure, pulling, and tugging. None of that. She was still as gentle as if i was a delicate flower. Lol LOVEEEEE IT! I absolutely adore the atmosphere and i am highly satisfied with the services provided. I personally vouch that this visit was just as amazing as the first!!! Everyone's so polite and kindhearted! Sandra checked up on me periodically and asked if i was doing ok. Kept up conversations. The interaction i saw between her and her colleagues was so honest, enjoyable, and loving. I came in with an idea of taking off my fake nails (full cover soft gel x) and getting them redone…read morewith another design. The lady working had her husband take off my nails for me (they were overgrown and already 2 months). I asked to do a soak to take it off, but he's like it's gonna take too long, so he used an edge of a file to go in between my fake nail and real nail to take it off. You can see damage on my real nail. But idk how much a soak would have saved..... I mentioned my pinky nail was partially broken so they were careful and good on that though I told the husband I wanted full cover nail. He says he got it. But when he was done filing my nails, he just put a nail tip on the edge of my nails and then put acrylic powder on top. I don't like this way bc taking it off damages my nails more than gel x. On top of that, I asked for almond shaped nails.... Idk what he did but it was not almond, like oval. I was like you know fuck it it'll be ok And then he goes to try to make designs on my fingers... bro could not even do a diamond, he made it look like a dome shape. I asked him to redo it 4-5 times and he was getting visibly annoyed bc of him muttering Viet under his breath. And the design asked for polka dots. omg when he finished the first time, I was APPALLED by how he was like "ok, good?" LIKE i would have looked at the work and be like oh ok this looks like shit I better redo it. I get that polka dots can be hard to do but holy shit, I wish I took a picture bc it was so monumentally bad. Thankfully he got so frustrated, he asked his wife to do my nails. She saved sort of saved them in a way where I was okay paying $65 for the work they did. I wanted 3D work done on my nails but they couldn't do it bc 1. Nails were too short 2. I watched them try putting it on and it just rolled right off In the end, they couldn't really do the design I wanted, but something relatively similar but it's ok. I'm glad I paid less bc ain't no way I think this place is just good for easier paint and go, don't ask for intricate design.
