The reviews on Groupon were great so of course I purchased the special! You must make an appointment, great! As soon as I purchased the Groupon, I called and left a message. This was Saturday evening. They're closed on Sunday so I patiently waited until Monday morning to call again. I called once Monday morning, no answer. Once more a couple hours later and a frantic woman answered the call. I told her I purchased a Groupon and wanted to make an appointment. She told me she was driving and would call me right back. Odd... So I waited an hour. Two hours. Several hours. No response. I really need my nails done! So I got in touch with Groupon and they offered me a trade in value for my purchase.
