They were extremely friendly and customer service oriented. The nail shop was comfortable and clean. The only reason I am giving them four stars instead of five is because I went in with a broken nail that I had glued, and when we were working on the nail, it seemed strong but yesterday that nail broke and now I am not able to get to another nail salon anytime soon. So I am bummed I now have a broken pinky nail, especially because we used a cat eye polish that I don't know I'm going to be able to find in another city to get this Pinky fixed so I am probably going to have to get all of my nails done again. During the manicure I had to ask several times for polish cleanup and cuticle trimming and he eventually told me to just go to someone else. I am not someone who gets upset easily but I left feeling embarrassed and emotional. I still tipped well and left quietly but it was a strange and upsetting experience. I went to originally get my nails done (ended up with gel x) and then i decided to get my lashes done as well along with my eyebrows. Mylinh took amazing care of me along with making me feel so welcome. She was so fun to talk to and made sure I had the best experience possible.
