Which I get once a month. The salon is very clean and the workers are kind and pleasant. It's easy to call and book an appointment and you never wait more than 2-3 mins for them to call you back! Every nail tech I've had is great. They are kind. They will talk and engage in conversation with you. They also have a bar and serve cocktails to help relax and unwind during service. If you're looking for someone new and quality please stop in or make an appointment. They do not make you feel rushed at all!

I was recently in town for a friend's wedding and received a manicure and pedicure at Deluxe. Within two days, I had an infection develop on my thumb where the side of my thumb nail meets my thumb- presumably from the tech's cuticle cutting work. I was able to treat it at home, but it was painful for a few days. Additionally, I noticed only after a few days that there was dark discoloration at the base of my large toenails/cuticle areas. After removing the nail polish, I've discovered large bruises underneath both of my big toe nails. This has never happened to me before. Lastly, when I went to use the on-site ATM to pay for my services with cash, I was automatically prompted to view my account balance and after I navigated through that screen, I was forced to reinsert my card and only then was able to take out cash. This resulted in an additional $3 fee from the ATM - so to simply use their ATM, I was charged $6 in fees. I would have just rather paid with my card! I am not from the area, but ultimately, I really felt I had to share my experiences, as I was not satisfied. The salon is beautifully renovated and able to serve a large quantity of clients, but I hope they read this review and take this feedback to make the experience better for others.

The shop is up to date on current trends. You are not required to have an appointment but I often call ahead to check on wait time. I recommend calling ahead, then you are disappointed during busy times. Many customers have favorite nail techs. I typically don't schedule an appointment and have always been happy with my nail techs when I do "walk-in" service, they all talented. The techs are soft spoken, kind, and very courteous. They are talented, always trying to do their very best. The owners, Brandon annd Jamila, are super friendly, they work hard at knowing their customers, learning customer names and remembering personal details. They are delightful to be around. The prices are reasonable and very competitive for the area. Cash is preferred and there's a "no fee" ATM machine at the door. I highly recommend Blue Ash Nails; it is a neighborhood treasure.

But don't post that you are open until 8, tell me I can come in at 7 when I call, and then treat me poorly for coming in during open hours. I was out of there by 7:35, well within your posted hours. Again, Wendy was great, it was the way I was treated when I arrived that I really didn't appreciate.

I'm going to let you guys in on a little secret...Dell Gross is the best hair colorist in Cincinnati imo. He just recently left Parlour hair salon to start his own business at Salon Lofts, and I've followed him there. I have naturally very dark brown hair, but I'm starting to go gray (yes, I'm 30 years old and going gray). Dell has been coloring my hair for about 2 years now, and he has done an amazing job of blending in my grays with my natural hair color to make my own distinctive look. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair as I have since I started going to Dell. We have tried many different cuts and styles, and lots of different color tones, and all of them have come out amazing. If you want the perfect California-blonde natural but bold balayage or highlight, Dell is your guy. He isn't cheap, but I care about quality over cost when it comes to my hair.
