To preface, I was a walk-in appointment. They took me in right away, no wait time! I went late afternoon on a Thursday, so I'm not sure how it would be at busier times. But in my experience, it was lovely. My nails lasted my three weeks with no breaks or cracks, and I received chrome on my nails, which never messed up (I've had it strip from other salons) and was given a discount since it was my first time. Calming environment. Everyone is so friendly.They offer several different services including lash lift and lash extensions as well. I've been here a few times and really enjoy the services I receive here. I normally get the dip nail (sometimes with added nail tip to make my nails longer). They have a BUNCH of dip colors to choose from, which Is fantastic! (I was so overwhelmed...) Chau did my dip nails the last time I went and they turned out great. She took her time and I loved that the dip was thin. I hate when they make the dip nail thick. I love the feel of dip nail Becsuse its stronger than gel nails but not thick like acrylic/solar. If you have a quick question and hate making phone calls (like myself) you can send them a message on their Facebook page and they answered within 10-15 minutes. Which is great! read more

A very nice establishment as it was my first time coming here and getting my feet done in Mansfield. I was recommended by one of my friends to come here and they did not disappoint at all. We came in and they greeted us and we immediately were sat down and attended to. They are still following COVID guidelines so everyone is masked and gloves as well as sanitized. They attended to me and my daughter very well and were very patient with her as she is ticklish . Everything was done to perfection. The hot lotion and the foot and calf massage were my favorite. I give 1 star for the staff being polite and friendly and the free bottle of water. The pedicure was top 5 worst pedicures ever. I doubt the tech was even licensed. I was concerned when he started trimming my cuticles and it felt like my skin was being ripped off. The scrub or loofah of the bottom of my feet was a swipe swipe and done. My feet do not look like they've been touched. Then he was going to paint my nails without base coat until I said something. And I accidentally touched it over 1.5 hours later and smeared it. read more

Very calming environment! Incredibly clean, they ask that you wash your hands before picking a color and they have plexi/glass shields between the customer and tech. Staff was pretty friendly. I'm from California and broke a nail. Needed to get them fixed. A lot of places won't do gel base with gel polish on top, however this place did them. Nails are decent, wide selection of colors. I was a little put off by my nail technician accepting calls on her cell phone while doing my nails, and the equipment wasn't as clean looking as id like. Other nail technicians were eating around the "sterilization" equipment and manicure areas, which I think is a little unsanitary! Not as good as my nail salon back home, but good for this quick fix. read more

Just wanted to update - went back (I got a coupon. What can I say, I'm a sucker for a deal!) and splurged on the $40 Deluxe Pedicure, which was really nice. It did take a pretty long time though, so instead of a full manicure to go with my pedi, I opted for a polish change. I'm elated I found this salon. From the moment you walk in you hear the water fountain in the back and it's super peaceful. The salon is clean and well laid out (the bathroom is spotless too). I had made an appointment that day for a pedicure and a new set of pink and white since I had just moved and was missing 3 nails. Even though I was early, it wasn't a problem. I lucked out and was given Theresa who was kind and gentle during the whole process. My pedicure was first and I was brought into the back area where they have about 8 chairs that are quite comfortable with massage. There are 3 different pedicures to choose from and quite a few add on's. I went with the Deluxe pedicure since I hadn't had one in more than 2 months. The past few times I've been somewhere else, they've skimped on the massage part where it was less than 1 minute per leg. Not with Theresa, she spent a good 5 minutes on each and itt felt wonderful! I was offered something to drink several times and my toes look awesome! Then my nails. I had to get the old stuff off and Theresa was oh so careful in making sure she didn't hurt me during this process. I'm a tough cookie and have been wearing acrylic nails for years, so I knew the process, but she was super gentle. She also didn't rush and took her time and they LOOK FABULOUS! The TV's show they have many other services like air-brush tanning, waxing, eyelash extensions and other beautification programs. Located in Mansfield, so not that far from my home. I have been coming here to get my nails done (manis and pedis) and brows waxed on and off for more than 5 years. I have always had great experiences here. The citrus pedicure if my absolute favorite! While you can find cheaper places to get manis and pedis around town, I have yet to find a nail salon that matches quality to Serenity. Came in as a first-timer to Mansfield and this salon. My friend lived down the street, so I decided to come in for an impromptu gel manicure before my next day flight. I was stationed with Wendy. She's friendly and very attentive. I think she said she has been a nail professional for 14 years. I can believe it. Even with nails herself, she used the paint brush to put the gel on. She was a skilled artisan. I traveled to Istanbul and W. Africa for one month with that manicure and managed to do minor touch-ups on the bottom of the nail, not where the nail bed is. I would go back to her except I don't own a car, and my friend has since moved from Mansfield. This is a little further than my normal commute so I will have to find someone else within central TX to give me that gel mani fix. This place makes you feel as though you've entered a mediterranean villa. It is truly a serene experience. They are worth every penny. I tipped 25%. read more

I paid $45+ for French GEL manicure and 4 short days later, the nails are chipping at the ends. I called & brought it to Serenity's attention & was told they would repair it, since it was less than 2 weeks, but I feel like it should've been done right the FIRST time, as it is more time (and gas) I have to spend to get it repaired. The techs at Serenity are always in too much of a hurry to get to the next customer and I end up getting a rushed manicure & pedicure that doesn't even last a week. I have complained before. Best nail salon experience! I've been to MANY nails salons, and this salon stands out. From beginning to end, fantastic experience. When walking in, I knew it wasn't your typical salon. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. Typical nail salons I've visited do not have dedicated receptionists, so that was really cool. I was shown the options for gel nails and corresponding colors for my pedi. This was the only place that I've been to that had a "Perfect Match" pairing for gel nails and pedis.. That was so cool! It cut down my normal process of standing in front of the color wall hoping I could find matching colors to my gel nails! The actual gel nails and pedi experience was great. Nails looked fantastic, and the setting and decor made me feel like I was back in Europe. To top it off, I didn't even need to wait for the nail tech or someone else working on another customer to cash out. The receptionist took care of the check out process! So convenient! Highly upset! They charge more than anyone else for a lip, chin and eyebrow wax which was fine because the last time I came they did a good job, so I thought. When I left and I got into the sun and had a few hairs left. I chalked it up to be that she may not have seen them or can't get them because too short type thing. Well today, I had the same tech as last time, I still have about a quarter of the wanted hair left on my face and she refused to finish the job. I'm out $30 on a waxing job that I have to now finish myself... I'm very disappointed!!! I intentionally let them grow twice as long this time to ensure a clean face when done.
