I recently scheduled a 90 min massage after receiving an email with a special price of $49. I was able to make the appointment quickly online and got confirmation and reminder emails. I arrived about 15 minutes early. There is no one when you walk in, so you sign in and wait for someone to come get you. My person arrived right at my appointment time and said that she needed to go change the sheets in the room for me. That seemed odd since there didn't seem to be anyone else there but me. She came back a few minutes later and took me to the end room. I knew that the massage would be 80 min so I figured the 10 minutes on the front end to get in the room, get undressed and have her come back would take me to the 90 minutes. When she finished, I looked at the time and saw that she had actually only done a 70 min massage. During the massage, I got the feeling that she was distracted. Many times she was only using one hand and often stopped. I can't be completely sure, but I think she was texting! One time I looked over at her and she stopped and said, "what!" Like I caught her doing something wrong. It was strange. I would go back there but try a different person. I am not giving her name in case I am wrong about the texting. But I can tell you her phone was right next to her all the time and she was bending down and only using one had an awful lot. read more

I received a gift certificate for an hour massage and the massage part was great, however when I was leaving they said that I was responsible for the taxes on the massage (which considering it was a gift I thought was already included) and I have some money for a tip but they were expecting a certain amount for a tip which was double what I had available in cash. Arrived and the owner was on her phone and was not very welcoming. I had to ask her her name. I was there for a facial that was for 45 minutes. She never explained what she would do and never even took off my makeup (cleanse). Had two steam cloths put on over a facial mask, a quick hand massage and was left alone to "relax". The facial was a groupon and supposedly worth $85.00. I have had facials that had a lot more to it than this. This appointment was canceled BY THE WORKERS because after 15 text messages and an email confirming our appointment that WAS responded to,, there was NOT enough personnel to get our couples massage. We got a "sorry" from a girl that was there,,, She wasn't able to assist us because she was "at the business", but was not "in the computer" and couldn't help us. SO we left. I will never attempt to use your services again. I am also sending an email & facebook post to my friends so they don't waste an afternoon driving 35 miles for nothing. I'm in excruciating pain. I had my massage scheduled for 3/20/16 at 12:30. I wish Kelly would've texted me if she knew she couldn't make it to my massage before I drove out there. Devin showed up late & was very inconsiderate! When I asked where Kelly was he then told me that she couldn't come & do I want to cancel?!! I should've rescheduled. The entire massage wasn't relaxing. I was just trying to handle the pain. I wish I would've told him "TWICE" that his pressure was too hard. I feel clots in my arms. I pray I'm fine. I received so many text to confirm my massage & never got a text that Kelly wasn't going to show up. Very unprofessional! I chose a Woman for a reason. Devin smoked & that odor alone was a distraction as well. Cigarette smoke makes my head hurt. I was told sorry when I texted Kelly after the massage was over & to drink water. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! And I recommend the same for others. read more

i purchased a couples massage for my husband and I as we both have extremely stressful jobs. He felt most comfortable with a female so he had Kelly and he didn't complain about his massage, however I had Devin and it was not good. He spent so much time on arms and legs with minimal time on back I would say no more than 15 minutes total in a 90 minute massage which by the time we got back to the room and they arrived really only ended up being 75 minutes. Then the pressure was way too much and I tried saying something but apparently he didn't hear me so I tried moving my body away so he would realize and maybe ask, as all my previous massages have. The pressure was so much that the next day I asked my husband to look me over for bruises, which he didn't find but he did find a part of my lower back area that devin had used too much pressure and it was bone, it was my pelvic bone. The place was also not very inviting, the music playing sounded like it should be on the shinglers list soundtrack. I left the same review on an email they sent me asking how it was, but since Kelly is the owner and the person Devin I am referencing is related to her somehow as they have the same last name I am guessing I won't receive a response read more

I created a yelp account just to post this. I am a waitress and I never complain about services because I live it daily. But this is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I had bought a couples massage living social deal for myself and my boyfriend. It all started with the business not having a voicemail or calling system for over a month. The only way to book was online (which was very difficult for my to do when trying to schedule a couples massage). I'm not very technologically advanced, but the system was just down right confusing. So I texted the number provided if you are having difficulties, which I find to be SO unprofessional. I know this is a new day and age, but some things should stay the same and using text messaging is not a way to run a business, that is for my acquaintances. So then I go out of my way to go up to the business and talk to someone in person. I sit in their lobby as people who don't even look like employees pass by me and then finally one of them asks if I have been helped. He then tells me for whatever reason that he can't schedule a couples massage until the owner returns from Europe after this week. I wait a couple days and continue to leave voicemails, call and text again. Still nothing. So I decide to try going up there one more time and after sitting there with no one around for a half hour wasted out of my day I decide that this place does not deserve my money with the astronomical unprofessionalism and I asked Living Social for a refund so I could find another massage clinic. Not to mention I had gifted a massage to my sister who is pregnant and she had a horrible experience with her masseuse which is just embarrassing. I purchased a coupon for a message through Amazon Local and then scheduled an appointment. The appointment was a half hour from my house and the building is slightly difficult to find. When I showed up I was told that there were no rooms available to complete the message and that I would have to reschedule. How do you schedule a message when there is no room to do the message in?! Since there is no phone at the location and all of the calls go straight to the owners cell phone, no one is available to talk to you and answer questions. After I left I called the number back to talk with the owner I ended up having to leave a message. I was so mad I called Amazon Local to file a complaint and they promptly refunded me my money. Meanwhile, almost THREE weeks later she (Kelly) finally called me back! The real joke is that when I called and left the message I did not identify myself and only told her that I was interested in talking about a message. I could have been a prospective client for all she knew and she still took that long to get back to me. When I told her what happened she was only mildy apologetic and was rather rude when addressing why it happened in the first place. Her entire demeanor was flippant, she did not offer me anything to make the situations right, and then she told me that she hoped I was able to find a message elsewhere. I was given a Groupon for a one hour massage and was very excited to go! Well - I will NEVER RETURN to this place of business! I thought I was getting a massage from my 6 year old niece - it was absolutely PATHETIC! Devin was very unfriendly and the massage was like I was there to get just lotion rubbed into my skin. He sighed throughout the whole massage like I was impeding on HIS time! He never even introduced himself....upon starting the massage, he asked what pressure level I typically like.....I do not think he listened because it was the WORST massage I have EVER gotten. He was listening to his own music with an ear bud during my massage AND HE SAT IN THE CHAIR for the first half.....rough night last night or what!?!?!?!
