I was excited to take advantage of Miami Spa Month at Healing Hands because of all the positive reviews. The spa itself was clean, and everyone I interacted with was polite. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled twice, from 6:00 to 6:15 and then again to 6:30. While I was understanding, it wasn't a great start. I paid $153 for a 75-minute massage that was advertised to include deep tissue work, hot stones, three aromatherapy blends, therapeutic stretching, an ice globe facial treatment, and a relaxing scalp and foot massage. Instead, I received about 60 minutes of someone rubbing large amounts of oil across my back. There was very little technique, no real attention to the areas I requested, and none of the relaxing flow or pressure I expect from a professional massage. It was actually uncomfortable at times, and I found myself just waiting for it to end. I don't know if this was due to a lack of experience or a lack of care, but the service I received did not match what was advertised or what I paid for. It felt like money wasted. Based on my experience, I'd recommend spending a little more elsewhere if you're looking for a quality massage.

Please tell me why while I'm on the table and I ask for 30 extra minutes they jump the price to $200. Shane is incredibly out of touch, rude, and when I shared I'm currently in job interviews and pocket watching, he on the phone "I totally understand. Us too." But I got my deposit back! Then hours later she sends a text saying she has me on video destroying her mailbox. Knocked on it and it fell as it was just sitting on concrete breaks. Didn't knock on it hard enough to even hurt my hand. Wasn't even mad at the moment it occurred. Says she's going to file a police report. Why would I hang around all that time later if I truly believe I've destroyed a mailbox. I blocked her and told her do whatever you want. Then she used another phone to text me more. I already did a google review with my first and last name. And I booked an appt as myself. But she texted me my full name and wrote "I've filed a police report" Stay away. This woman couldn't even just say sorry for no call and no showing me. She had to be the one something bad happened to. She ruined my entire day on purpose after I wrote the first review.
