I visited Great Backyard Knoxville and Jonathan in the service dept took the time to break down a pump to show me where my potential problem was. I returned home, FaceTimed with him for an EXTENDED period of time twice while trying to trouble shoot. He didn't give up on me or my hot tub. Customer service is not dead!! he was so knowledgeable and patient. He turned a frustrating situation on the edge of my DIY comfort zone into a rewarding experience. I was amazed at his ability to diagnose problems without physically laying hands on the pieces and parts. We started at the other pool place before discovering Leslie's Pool Supplies and Joe and Kevin, so by the time we got to them we were very frustrated and discouraged and had spent way too much, and still had a sick pool. Well, with their knowledge and support, and lots of time and return trips, our pool began to get better - each time. They told us what to do step, by step, and their products were reasonably priced and worked! I also love how they don't try to over sell and honestly, I really love how they educate us how to use less to achieve the best results. We are now enjoying our pool and the water feels great. Our experience with Classic pools and Spas was out of the gate poor, frustrating and heartbreaking…read more From day one there were equipment failures, cost overruns and unreliable staff. The project took nearly 2.5 years, the company owner stopped coming to the site and the boys used YouTube to install the automatic cover (personally witnessed) which ended up being installed upsidedown. The grout and glass tile started coming out and their answer was to drop off a couple sheets of the glass tiles with a bag of grout. Many components had to be reinstalled due to improper installation. There was no instructions on how the system operated. Mr. Graviss stopped coming to the site, returning calls & emails which is how I figured out the install was completed. There was never a final inspection. The pool deck started spalling, cracking and chipping away months after install and the pool cover box lid no longer fits flush. Thousands have been spent to correct things not addressed and the end result is the pool is not plumb. The autocover will need constant adjustments (billed at $305/hr.). For your own sanity and financial well being do not hire this company for anything pool, spa or gunite related. Your welcome.

I use Ollies to shop dog toys and rugs and some other specialty items when they have them in if…read moreit's something I really really want like a really cheap blender or steamer. You really gotta go the day the advertise the price because I have gone many times and they tell me that either didn't get the item or they only had six and they left in the morning so that's the downfall of Ollies. The good thing about Ollies is that you can usually get snacks half price then you can at the store that goes for nuts and specialty items too which is really great if you need that sort of stuff I couldn't cut your grocery bill in half. I found once in a blue moon a pair of shoes that fit they have a very small area of clothing I have found a really nice piece or two over the years by far not everything as fantastic. The Store itself has a funky odor, most all of them do. They have toys that are not normally this season's but you can find some interesting toys. The hygiene product are the best prices: soaps, hairbrush, the hair care items they seem to be really reasonable, priced, as the deodorant, toothpaste, Band-Aids, that sort of thing. Some of the big items we have bought in the past were some flooring, some rugs (the rugs seem very cheap and didn't last that long at all,-so that was cheap but didn't last long). Don't think it's really worth getting the rugs there unless you can get them on sale the prices are not bad but when you get them on sale, it's even better. (Since they didn't hold up to cleaning .) I have gotten a few small appliances there that have been really good. I've had some really good employees and I'd have some employees that help you one of them was the manager at the Ollies in Sevierville store near the holidays. The male manager at Morristown was not very nice. The manager and Sevierville one day even took me in the back room to help me find a sleeping bag that they had on sale and we found all the sleeping bags in the back that had not been put out, but we could not find a large man sleeping bag they had advertised so that was sad as I drove all the way there to buy that particular item so Ollies is a hit or miss store. I can always find something . Coffee is a good buy sometimes , trash bag ,sometimes sometimes they'll have saran wrap and baggies and freezer bags sometimes not so Ollie is a hit and miss store. What they advertise is not necessary of what they have in stock different stores in different areas and different states have different items. My ad was showing a recliner and I was so excited to go see this recliner and I found out that my phone it changed my setting to a store in Massachusetts not Tennessee so they didn't have any recliners. They do have a bathroom most all of them. I visited in Tennessee or some family member have they are not that clean bathrooms, but they did function .which is all we can ask for is functioning. Bathroom doesn't have to be solid gold. Just ask to function and be clean so I'm gonna give Ollie's bargain outlet a four star store rating They have a ways to go to get to a five star but then again you are shopping at an outlet they could do better, but it would take some extra effort and they're not going to ever put that extra effort in cause it's an outlet store and it is ok stuff cheap, Good stuff cheap they'd have to have good stuff. If the store gets good stuff it's only ever a few items.
