I'll preface this by saying, my eyebrows aren't amazing to begin with but it's taken a LONG time to get them where they were. When I arrived, the salon was empty. Usually there's a line and I have to wait so I thought it was perfect timing. The open sign was on, but the worker seemed rushed during my service-- almost as if I had interrupted her break. I specifically asked for just a light clean-up around my brows, nothing dramatic. During the service, I noticed my left brow was hurting a lot more than the right. Sure enough, when I sat up and looked in the mirror, I realized she had taken off about two full rows of hair from my left brow, leaving it noticeably thinner than the other. After a minute or two of just staring at myself to make sure I wasn't crazy, I pointed out that they were uneven, she just giggled a little and said, "Yeah," without offering a real solution. Another customer actually came in, sat for a minute and eventually walked out while this was happening because it was so awkward and she heard what happened with my service . Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, the worker stood there watching me and then tried to make me to sit back down so she could "even them out" -- which would have only made both brows thinner. I refused, because that's not what I asked for. By the time I went to the counter, I was so frustrated that I told her I wouldn't be paying for the service and left. Overall, the lack of professionalism, care, and accountability was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning.
