Being from Hawaii, my routine is that I tend to do my nails once a month and because of that they usually get pretty long by the next time I need them done. I was happy to get a pedicure before a special event I was going to and was very upset with the service I received. First off the lady was to busy texting to do my feet. Then after doing 3 toes she says the polish is all out. They didn't have anymore of the color so I chose another one which I wasn't sure about and she proceeded to put that polish on top of the other. The color ended up being to bright for the event so I chose another lighter color. Well she put this one on top of the old polish. I told her it would chip and she said no. I told her it wouldn't dry well and she assured me it would. I could still see the other color around the tips but to top things off I get home and some of the color comes off two toenails. Well, after coming here a couple of times, I was let down today... First of all, I was on time with my appointments but I ALWAYS had to wait an extra 15-25 minutes. Today on 1/13/20 @ 9:40am, I called to make an appointment to get my nails/toes and eyebrows done. Lily said she was available for me at 11:30am, but since I had plans in the morning already, I wasn't going to be able to make it, so Lily gave me a time of 6pm. That's perfect! - so I thought. I arrived at 5:55pm, 5 minutes before my appointment. I greeted her and sat down. She took me in at 6:10pm. I walked up and sat down and she told me sorry for the wait. As she started to get things ready, I told her if she was going to do my toes, but she told me she wasn't going to do my feet because it was too late. WHAT? This was the appointment time she chose, and I had specifically told her over the phone that I wanted my hands/feet and eyebrows done. I was pretty disappointed because not only did I drive there, but she could of called me back and told me she wasn't going to be able to do it, or at least told me to come back tomorrow over the phone. To anyone reading this review, be aware. You will wait, and please make sure you let them know what service you want done and clarify to them what you want before you go. read more

Finally found a nail salon that is close to home. From reading off Yelp reviews it seems like everyone is good at doing nails. Well I chose Lisa to do mine and she does a fantastic job! There's usually 3 girls working and I'm not sure if there is more on other days but they are usually all busy working on someone. MAKE SURE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. After reading all the reviews about walk-ins, I definitely made an appointment and was even willing to wait 30-45mins after the appointed time but surprisingly, I didn't wait at all! As a matter of fact, I was seated right away and within an hour I was out the door on my merry way! I had only wanted a fill but got so much more.
