I went in today booking online for the early bird special which came out to be 65 for one hour. I left a 15% tip that automatically has it at check-out. When I arrived Cassandra informed me that they were no happy with the amount of tip and that at the end I can add more to it. The reason they gave me was because I was specifically requesting Yuri and she was upset with the amount of tip I put. I let her know I put what was automatically at checkout she told me it doesn't matter that she's saving the spot of me and missing out on bigger tips. That was unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. A tip is based off how service is and I adjust based on the end. I asked for a refund and refused the massages. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. Update: Cassandra is very sneaky and still charged me the full amount including the tip when I refused the service after the issue. She handed me a receipt that said refunded in cash when I paid in card and I was charged the full amount. read more

The facilities were very clean and quiet. Almost too quiet--at first I thought it was just Cassandra and me there. I was actually relieved when she asked if I wanted a male or female massage therapist bc that meant there were at least 2 other people there. It was getting dark and I prefer to go to massages during the day, but I couldn't get to it until the evening and it's nice to be relaxed and go to bed soon afterwards. Since I was new, she threw in the 20 minute pre-massage at a deep discount. I will say, I wouldn't have paid for it at it's listed price. Personally, I think both the massage therapist AND the client benefit from this because it's a great machine--it definitely loosens you up so the massage therapist can be more effective and not get tired out. But for any machine, I feel like it should be less than $1/minute, and that's if you're buying as a standalone service. I'd say if it's an add-on, it shouldn't be more than $10, personally. I also sometimes worry about going later in the day bc I know therapists get tired after working on people all day and I like the pressure firm. I had Kenichi (I think? It was some name that sounded Japanese) and let me tell you--I DID NOT have to worry about that! She was strong as a horse and it was like 7.30pm! The massage was great, but the pricing is too high, even with all the 'discounts.' But they do have another location, I guess, and that is supposed to be a more reasonable $60/hr. I'll have to try there. Also, don't like that she offered a discount if I showed her a Yelp review. I'm writing this but I won't be showing it to her...haven't decided yet if I'll return. read more
