I usually get the 90-minute Swedish and Thai combo massage and I always have a great experience with her. Patty is very sweet and applies the perfect amount of pressure. I carry a lot of tightness in my neck, shoulders and back from stress, TMJ and an old sports injury in my right shoulder. She does a great job finding the areas that need some extra attention and really works on the tightness and knots. I've never been a fan of deep tissue massages, so the Swedish and Thai combo is perfect for me. It's mostly a relaxing Swedish-style massage with some stretching mixed in for the Thai portion. I'm able to completely relax during my appointments and sometimes even fall asleep. I always feel so much better afterward and I get the best massages from Patty. I highly recommend booking with her and honestly don't plan on going anywhere else. The spa itself is also great. It's easy to schedule appointments, everyone I've met at the front desk has been really kind and welcoming, and everything is always clean and tidy. I had a massage with Paula today, and even though I kept asking her to please focus on my upper body, she wouldn't. When she finally did, it was only for a minute and felt very rushed. After I asked again, her attitude completely changed. She became rough, seemed annoyed, and made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking for what I wanted worked on. I understand everyone has off days, but there's no reason to be rude or aggressive with a customer. It's really disappointing because I've been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, I won't be coming back. It's unfortunate to lose a customer over something that could have been handled so differently.

Because of that, I decided to call them directly and ask for their price before booking. The woman who answered the phone initially told me $108. After I hung up, she called me back and asked whether I would be paying cash or card. I told her either was fine, and then suddenly she told me the price was $180. I understand that she may have simply quoted the wrong price the first time, so I told her that Groupon was offering the same service for $130. She then said, "Come to the store and I'll give you a discount." I asked a very simple question: How much is the discount? She refused to tell me and said I would have to come to the store first to find out what price she would give me. That was a huge red flag for me. If you have a legitimate price or discount, why can't you tell a customer the price before they drive to your business? I decided not to go. The whole interaction felt extremely shady and dishonest. Prices went from $108 $180 an undisclosed "discount" only if I showed up in person, while Groupon clearly listed the deal for $130. I would strongly recommend confirming the exact price in writing before coming here. The salon offers many different services: lash extension, scalp treatment, massage. My massage therapist was friendly and did a good session, she also offered me a bottled water after the session. I can tell the staff there are not fluent in English, but they were all friendly and trying to help. The Salon space is small but they decorated it with a lot of cute items, and was very clean. Best of all, they did not upsell any additional packages, that made the session stress free :)
