Anthem/Blue Cross deemed that my patient responsibility was only .63 cents, so the insurance company sent a payment to Allied in the amount of $3,793.67 in December 2024 and now Allied's patient services/billing department refuses to refund my credit card for this amount. Not only did Allied keep my money, but they are also pocketing money from Anthem, which has been deemed fraudulent by Anthem and they are now engaging in an investigation into Allied. Save yourself the emotional turmoil and run arounds, and just go elsewhere. Hard lesson learned on my part. EDIT: Anthem/Blue Cross' Grievances Department just mailed the attached letter on January 10, 2025 stating that I am due a refund of $3,793.67 and my financial responsibility is $.63 cents. The continued denial by Allied that "no monies" are owed to me is baffling. This company will indeed engage in fraudulent activity.

I continue to see her as the toxin issue in my body has caused so many symptoms and no other doctor has ever tried to address the issue, just cover up symptoms. Many of them have improved. When new or old symptoms pop up, she addresses them head on with a treatment plan. I originally saw her at her previous clinic but was seen recently in her "new" location. No return call was made to me that day. 10-20-2021 3:28 PM Following up, expecting the original appointment had been booked as requested. The office desk person admitted that they have not listened to my voicemail even now, the original appointment offered was booked, and the next appointment is not until November. The confirmation email I received listed only the appointment time, address, and parking information -- it contained no mention of any consultation fee. On the day of the visit I was charged $750. When I questioned the amount, I was told that was the correct fee based on our prior conversation. I left the experience feeling the consultation fee had not been clearly or accurately disclosed in advance. The office itself also raised concerns. There was no secretary or front-desk staff, and the space is shared with a beauty salon, chiropractic office, and other services. All communication was handled directly by the doctor. The lack of transparent pricing has left me with no choice but to file a claim in small claims court to resolve the matter.
