Amazing. Oven went out on the Saturday before Christmas. Of course we are hosting dinner. Called the big store we purchased it from and was told to call the manufacturer on Monday. Not going to help me. So I called Junior. He was in my kitchen less than an hour later and had it fixed about 90 minutes from when I reached out to him. Couldn't be happier. he shot circuited my fridge. Instead of using his work insurance and replace the fridge, he left the home giving me the only option to contributing half on a dented replacement that too from his friend's shop (something fishy). The job that was worth $200, I ended up spending $2000. I had to return the dented fridge and eventually had to buy new one on my own. . horrible experience! replace the appliance if you have to call him, it will save you some frustration. read more

When the owner came out to service our dishwasher, we were happy with how personal and friendly he was. I felt pretty good about the experience. But a few days after he came, the dishwasher started making a noise. I texted asking about it and heard nothing back. The dishwasher died, and I texted him again. Prompt, pleasant and verrrrry thorough at fixing my dishwasher and cleaning out the dryer vent. He was mindful of keeping my home clean by wearing coverings on his shoes and cleaning up afterwards. Honest, knowledgeable, and prompt, Junior answered his phone and then called me back after an hour to schedule our visit the following day. He cleaned our 30 yr old dryer which wasn't heating. He told us that we will probably need to buy a new one when it breaks after calling about potential parts needed. He also checked our oven igniters on our DCS range and ordered parts. Our dryer stopped heating on Friday night. Saturday morning we called Samuels Appliance Repair at 8:45. Junior arrived around 10:00, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Excellent! Mr Samuels answered the phone himself. The refrigerator was not working, so I was worried about the food, but he came over quickly, knew what was wrong and fixed it. He also evaluated/estimated work on the ancient dishwasher, and likely saved me from a fiery disaster by fixing my dryer. Mr Samuels is professional, skilled, honest, personable, and reasonably priced. Because I'm a senior citizen and have lived long enough to have had some bad experiences with appliance services (-including the one who came twice, charged plenty, and failed to repair the dryer) I am wary of services, which is why I had three down. Hire this guy! He is honest, timely, knowledgeable, trustworthy, prompt, and price-competitive. He does NOT over-promise and under-deliver...just the opposite. I had my Jenn-Air refrigerator fail and saw his positive Yelp reviews so I called him. He not only answered the phone himself but somehow was able to make the visit to my house later that same morning. Once he got to my home he quickly diagnosed the problem, told me the cost, ordered the part needed, and let me that he'd try to install it the next day. He called me the next day and then came out and installed the part and my refrigerator began working again. I should mention that the vendor I had originally contacted (because they did prior service work for me) told me on Monday that they'd give me an appointment on Wednesday afternoon. Junior got my job done early Tuesday. Not only did I cancel the appointment with the other vendor but I will be telling my neighbors and friends to use Junior. He was knowledgeable and made me feel confident. He provided same day service. It was quick and educating.
