They never fixed it. On the scheduled day, the technician came but I missed his calls while caring for my baby. I called back within 10 minutes, apologized, and asked when he could return. Instead of rescheduling--even for an extra charge--he was already furious, refused to come back, and claimed he knocked on the door (though I was right there and heard nothing). Despite my apology, he refused to finish the job. They kept the full payment without providing the service. I would have understood if they deducted a portion for the trip, but keeping all the money shows complete dishonesty. We will be disputing the charge and reporting this business to the town.
