I can't give enough stars for the service we received from Sergio! My husband thought he could install a new tub/shower fixture on his own, but after a few unsuccessful tries he called Sergio after 5 pm. I called Sergio Tuesday morning at 7:40 am, he came to my house around 9:30ish am. We had a burst in our water supply lines that left us with no water and a flooded living room. Sergio came fixed the problems QUICKLY! He's very knowledgeable and honest, we had him fix our community bathroom shower (mistakes from so-called plumbers) and he replaced the toilet in the master bedroom. Before him and his guys wrapped it up they made sure there weren't any leaks ANYWHERE. Very thorough, he also took the time to explain what he found and how he was going to go about fixing it. Sergio did an amazing job. My husband and I bought our first home about a month ago and mentally we definitely weren't prepared with finding out that with our new home, the gas line had been capped. To start Sergio was always very responsive, prompt and thorough with his work. Not to mention his counterpart Danny as well. Such nice and honest guys and I would recommend them to anybody. When all the work was done Sergio installed a new gas line going from the kitchen through the attic so that I could have a gas stove that I've always wanted. 3 days ago my water heater pilot would not stay lit. I called several places and they automatically told me to replace it. I called Sergio in a panic after a handyman I hired to hook up my new dishwasher and garbage disposal went MIA. The waste water was draining out to the air gap instead of through the disposal and flooding our brand new countertops. We originally thought that the handyman did not pop the "plug" on the garbage disposal allowing the waste water from the dishwasher to drain. Sergio was able to come over within 30 mins after my call and quickly diagnose the issue. The handyman had install the incorrect tubes and a few other funky stuff. Sergio was able to run to the hardware store and quickly repair the mishap. Within 10 mins I had a fully functional dishwasher. Yay no more hand washing!! Sergio was very personal and even gave me a few tips on how to take care of my garbage disposal and dishwasher to keep it in tip top shape for years to come.
