However, after they downsized and moved a few doors down the street they really went downhill. The people I dealt with are no longer there. (I especially miss the man who used to actually do the embroidery work. His replacement leaves much to be desired.) I recently (April 2017) took them an item for them to embroider and paid in advance. Two days after it was supposed to be done they hadn't even started working on it. (I've told them I don't live/work in the area anymore and they didn't even have to courtesy to save me a trip by calling me to inform me it wasn't done.) They have my logo on file and, as I said, this wasn't the first job they've done for me. Yet this time when they did the work they did it using both the wrong font and the wrong color thread. As I said, they used to be great. But following their move and downsizing they aren't the same people doing the same quality of work. I won't be back.
