On December 14, 2024, I purchased a 2017 Audi Q5 from client advisor Marivel Valles. Since then, I have had multiple follow-up questions and have consistently been referred back to her for assistance. However, each time I've contacted her, I've received vague and unhelpful responses. For instance, she stated, "The technician is not available; I will follow up with you next Monday," and on another occasion claimed, "The technician is at my desk as we speak; I will call you back in five minutes." This Saturday will mark two weeks since my last attempt to reach her, which is unacceptable. I acknowledge that I purchased a used vehicle without a warranty, but after having the car inspected by a mechanic, I was informed of several issues that need clarification. Specifically, the mechanic needs to know if Serra Auto addressed any of these problems. My calls to Ms. Marivel Valles were intended to gather this crucial information, not to solicit repairs from Serra Auto. I believe I have a right to this information. Due to this frustrating experience and the lack of support I've encountered, I am compelled to rate my experience very low. My recent purchase of an Audi SQ5 from Sierra Automotive has been an utter disappointment and a complete rip-off. They shamelessly promised two keys with the car, but conveniently "forgot" to provide the second one. Unacceptable and deceitful behavior. Worse yet, the car, supposedly a 2019 model, came with tires dating back to 2017. Shockingly negligent! These outdated tires caused severe vibrations while driving, rendering the whole experience not just uncomfortable but downright hazardous. Their response to my concerns? Dismissive and contemptuous. They couldn't care less about the problems they've sold me. Instead of addressing the issues, they treated me with disdain, showing no regard for customer satisfaction. Sierra Automotive's lack of integrity and appalling customer service is beyond belief. Purchased a vehicle here. Staff was great up front. Colin and Ryan were super helpful through the purchasing process and afterwards helping navigate the system. The vehicle had a mechanical issue early on. Serra worked with me to get the vehicle in, diagnose and then fix the problem. Mike and Anthony were extremely nice and very helpful along the way. I was hesitant at first about owning a BMW but they treated me with so much respect. I was very impressed with customer service. The to and from shuttle service. The full stocked fridge and cookies was a definite plus. Most other dealers would charge for shuttle service or not even have it. At least they didnt do a half A$@ job and do a repair then oh we couldn't do it all the way so you will have to come back. I was not charged for a single thing there. Very well done!! Great customer service. We live in novi so we usually go to different BMW dealership for service but while visiting relative, tire pressure was low due to cold weather and had to stop by here to put air. Service people were very friendly and nice even though the place was pretty busy. If we live in the area, we would definitely choose this dealership to purchase the car. read more
