Nothing but good things can be said about serve rite. I had a blockage in my shower drain. One other plumber who my home warranty recommend, came out and made it worst. So i thought i should call serve rite since the last time i used them they did a great job, unfortunately cause of the location of the clog and size and since you need a mico camera to see whats in the pipe, they werent able to help me. But they also didnt charge me for that since they don't offer those services. I appreciate that cause, others would have just for there time. But Serve rite goal is to make it right and im guessing thats why they didnt charge. Happy with the work and honesty, plan to use in the future. read more

We had an issue with a leaking water valve for our washing machine hookup. Another company told us that the leak prevented us from installing our new washer and that the valve needed to be replaced which would have been a very expensive project. I knew I had to get another opinion so I contacted Serve Rite through Yelp. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. She offered to send a plumber over for a free inspection and estimate. Initially, we were told they were booked through Monday due to the holiday weekend. However, she contacted us a short while later and told ys they had a cancellation and were able to squeeze us in same day. Hurray! Robert swung by a short while later and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Instead of an expensive repair, he suggested an easy workaround for the leak that wouldn't cost us a cent. He even gave us step-by-step instructions on how to do it so that we would have no issues with the installation of our new washer. We were super thankful for his cost-saving advice! Serve Rite left us very impressed with their customer service, professionalism, and honesty. We will definitely go back to them for our future plumbing needs. read more

Again this company has impressed me a ton! I texted Jennifer this morning and within minutes she got back to me letting me know a service guy was in the area and could come today to fix my stopped up shower. So they texted me ahead of time that Robert would be there in about 30-60 min and he came I think under the 30 min. Came in did his thing and was done in about 5 min. I tell ya, this company is fast and responsive. I have used them 3 times. Twice with Chris who is also a amazing. And now with Robert who was polite, thoughtful and did the job right! Great experience replacing a 13-year old, leaky GE water heater. I reached out to Serve Rite and, following a quick phone call, I was provided a fair cost estimate. They were available to make the replacement the next day. Chris showed up at my house on time. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Chris uninstalled and removed the old unit offsite for recycle and returned with the new Bradford White heater, which he installed quickly. What could make me happier than someone who responds quickly to an appointment request, quotes a reasonable price on the phone when it's discussed, comes when they promise to, fixes the problems, and charges me $100 less than the already fairly reasonable price they quoted? Well, really nothing. I have a rental property in this area and I am relieved to have found a plumber I can trust and rely upon. Serve Rite is my new SoCal plumber for all of the reasons above. I hope I see them infrequently but it's nothing personal. P.S. What did they fix? A broken handle in a bathroom shower, problems with the shower itself, and drainage problems in that shower/bath. Responsive and Reasonably priced. Robert came to replace three faucets. After the work was supposedly completed, i found that there were leaks. I contacted Jennifer through yelp after hours and was still responsive. Robert came back the following day to resolve the problems. We had to get a new water softener because our old one was outdated and the water was awful. We ordered a new one and Serve Pro was able to come and out and quickly replace it. The staff was incredibly friendly. They came just when they said they would. They went out and got some additional parts as needed and removed our packing materials. I requested a quote on here and they replied very quickly with a $98 special. In my request I stated... The bathroom sink is not draining. The blockage is from the wall and down. (Sink to wall is clear) After looking over their quote I notice it states... clear the sink. I message to ask if the $98 will cover the wall and back as that is where it's blocked. They responded back with... I thought it was a toilet that was blocked? (No idea where that came from) Then went on to state, it's $135, unless they need to remove the toilet (there's the toilet again) hahaha Then it's $235 because it will need to be removed and reset and a new wax ring. I'm all for a business making a profit, but the wax ring is $5 so that's $195 to reset the toilet, which is not having any issues at all. Hahaha I'm not sure how the plumbers work is, but the person answering the Yelp quotes seems uninformed at best... Shady at worst. read more

I needed a Plumber to take care of a problem I was having with one of the showers in my house. Two other Plumbers had previously come-out to look at the problem, one wanted to remove most of my wall to access the shower valve, the other adjusted my water pressure and told me that would take care of the problem. I used Serve Rite to replace a broken down water heater and they offered the most competitive price of all plumbing companies I called. They showed up and quickly installed the unit with no issues. A few weeks later I was having noise issues coming from around the unit and Chris came out to investigate. He tried one solution the first time he came out but turns out it wasn't the problem. Came out a second time to replace a possible malfunction part but that didn't resolve my issue. I called serve Rite a 3rd time with the same issue and Chris came out again to investigate, this time figuring out what the problem was. The problem wasnt with the unit or their craftsmanship.
