Gregorio And his partner did a great job in redoing my kitchen drain pipe, replace kitchen faucet, fixing my commode seal problem, installing two 3/8" compression outlets and replacing washer water valves. Didn't fix the dishwasher problem. Told me I should buy a new one. (It was a blocked hose...easy fix). But now I have a new sink. Quoted $125 to attach a new dishwasher hose to an overflow vent. I hired Geyser for a few projects including: new toilet and bidet install and use of sewer camera to determine if my homes plumbing main was offset. Gregorio assisted me through the process and gave me options and advice. He has been a plumber for a couple of decades and has the experience I needed to make some key decisions. It ended up that he saved me a lot of money as the offset main was not as bad as another company indicated. The new toilet and bidet have been nice improvements. I can't begin to tell you how much Gregorio and his team saved our lives. We were in the process of getting our artificial turf put in when we found out we had a big water leak in our main. We had a slow leak under the crawl space and Gregorio came to the rescue. I called several plumbers and even 1 company that I had used for many years. Most of the companies did not want to go under the crawl space without a mediation company and through the insurance. I had a clogged 3" drain for my pool backwash. I called a rooter guy who used a tiny snake and said I might need to replace P trap as its blocked with calcium build up. Then called another plumber and he said I would need to replace trap as he could not unclog with a much bigger snake. I called another on this site and he would replace p trap for 750 bucks. (Its ABS pipe, not gold) Finally I spoke with Gregorio at Geyser. He said he could replace for 250. Anyhow, he came out and said the other guys used wrong snake. I hired Gregario to change out my shower fixtures. My handyman had tried and couldn't get the shower arm off and suggested I hire a plumber. Had another plumber come out and he too couldn't get the shower arm off and said he'd have to go in through my drywall and it would cost $875, which was a huge pill to swallow. I considered abandoning the project all together or paying the $875 but decided to get another quote. I combed through Yelp and found Geyser plumbing with good reviews with many saying he was reasonable. I'm never looking for cheap as I know what that gets you and I'm always willing to pay fairly for a good job and that's exactly what Gregario and his team does. They are efficient, clean and quite knowledgeable. He didn't have to cut into my drywall and somehow got the shower arm off. Once he had the fixtures off he told me he was switching the valves out as well as they were corroded. I more than appreciate him not cutting corners and doing this without an extra cost attached to it! All in all a very good experience. I also had him take a quick look at my tankless water heater as the last plumber said he couldn't descale cause the cold water line valve wasn't working. Had to pay for a service call and all I got was the filter changed out. Gregario says he can descale it no problem. I guess I got taken advantage of last go around with the OTHER plumber? Anyway, I'll be hiring him to come out and descale my tankless water heater too. Bottom line...Gregario and his team are the real deal. Hire them! You won't be sorry. read more
