They took the time to explain exactly what was happening and even used a camera to show me the condition of the pipes, which made everything very clear. There was no vague explanations, just straightforward information and transparency. Sean was wonderful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled properly. Jorge and his teammate came out to resurface the pipe, and another technician completed the epoxy lining. He was able to remove a large root that was stuck in our toilet drain line, and also completed hydro jetting from the patio all the way to the city sewer, all within about three hours. I got an estimate and I think for what they were going to do, put smoke bombs into my sewer line to determine if there a break anywhere was a lot. i am getting sewer roaches only in the Master bathroom and not sure where they are coming from. Exterminator has come several times. I have a 2 Story home. They quoted $1277. They were my first quote so not sure if that is the going rate. But they were prompt, texted me prior to arriving to let me know they were on their way. And I don't smell any thing bad. I have been getting these roaches here and there since June 2025. So I'm not sure if it would have been worth spending the money to find out that there wasn't any breaks. And they said a camera wouldn't be long enough. After spending money on some other hydrojet company last year and having them give up and leave without actually fixing our backyard drainage system, I was extremely pleased to have the opposite experience today with VIP. VIP Sewer & Drain responded quickly and sent a tech out for my job of a backyard drainage system that had completely stopped draining, which turns our backyard into an infinity pool for at least a week every time it rains. Bryce arrived right on time, was very attentive in having me explain the problem, and went right to work hydrojetting our drainage pipe. This ended up being a complex problem with our long zigzag drainage system clogged with a jungle of roots and dirt, which Bryce showed me on the long drain scope he brought. After cutting out a lot of the roots on the street side, he moved one by one to each of the zigzagging drains in the backyard, until finally we saw water flow out from the backyard to the street, something I haven't seen all year. Amazing! He then finished up the rest of the pipes in the backyard to ensure we'd have a healthy working system for as long as possible, jetting and pulling piles of mud out from the access points, and continuing to flush the rest out through the street drain.
