Both individuals had very erratic schedules that made them difficult to track down and we only had 2 days to serve them since the initial order was given to the sheriffs department to serve and the sheriffs department took 2 weeks but were unsuccessful. Mike met with me Wednesday evening to go over the details, he said he was confident he could get the job done and quoted me a fair price. That same evening he was already successful at serving one of the individuals and by Thursday night he was able to serve the second person in the middle of the night who was being very difficult. We are truly grateful for what Mike has done and will highly recommend him to everyone we know if they are in need of a process server. To say the least, my case was dismissed without prejudice and I had to refile again. Greg answered my call immediately and agreed to re-serve her again for free since it was his error. Because of this situation, I have not even been able to enter my own property since purchasing it. Mr. Foster handled the service of legal documents with exceptional professionalism and care. He was both empathetic about my situation and extremely diligent in his work. He made multiple visits to the property and kept me informed throughout the process with clear, timely text updates. Each time he visited, he sent me time-stamped photos of the property and provided videos documenting the situation before, during, and after the delivery of the legal documents. This level of documentation gave me great confidence that everything was handled properly. When he served the documents, he remained calm, professional, and firm during the interaction. He also used a body camera to document the service, demonstrating a very high standard of professionalism. What impressed me most was his thoroughness. Even after personally serving the named defendant, he took the extra step of posting and mailing copies of the documents for other unknown occupants to ensure the service fully complied with court requirements. I called her on 7/29/2022 and she said that she was in the field and couldn't speak and to email her and she would get back to with an update. I emailed her again and no response. I left a voicemail on 8/1/2022 and NO RESPONSE. I was getting nervous. My husband called 30 minutes later from a different number and she picked up stating that her team made several attempts and they would try again tonight. She finally emailed me back with an update on 8/1/2022 and apologized for the delay. Just when I was losing all hope in humanity, Randi decided to drive there and personally serve the individual herself. Randi is one badass MF bc I don't know if I could do what she does. When she sent me photos of the individual's home, it looked like she walked into Bin Laden's compound. Geeezus! All I can say is Randi's got some balls! I would be scared to death to walk into these places not knowing what to expect. I guess the moral of the story is be patient and have a little faith.
