Another thing I wanted to add was when I entered the establishment, I smelled no solvent/dry cleaning fluids anywhere in the business which is refreshing. I would recommend this place if anyone asked me where to go.

Both of the women working there did not respect the original receipt and made me feel stuck in a situation where I had to pay. Would not recommend this place, as it seemed they do this often.

When I went to pick everything up, my shirt was missing. I'm sure Kelly saw the look on my face while I was mentally trying to figure out how I was going to replace it before the interview. Before I even had to push the issue, she stepped up and made it right. She paid for a replacement shirt and comped the suit dry cleaning. About a week later, they found my original shirt attached to someone else's order, and I picked it up yesterday. Mistakes happen anywhere. What matters is how a business responds when they do. I asked for a supervisor to call me, but no one did. I had to call back. Kelley offered to replace the buttons with something similar. (The suit was custom tailored at Nordstrom's; so random replacements would never suffice). I expressed concerns about my wedding dress being there for spot cleaning, due to the lack of care and quality check we experienced with the suit. She said that when the suit was cleaned last week, she was gone, and the owner was responsible for cleaning the suit. She literally blamed the damage on the owner Cindy. She also said that there was no guarantee on my dress not being ruined, asked me to come pick it up while raising her voice at me and being short of breath! I politely pointed out that there was no reason to raise her voice at me, and she hung up. I had her on speaker phone with my husband present and we couldn't believe her tone and lack of professionalism. I prepaid $325 for my dress to be cleaned, and the employee who took my order in did not mention that there was any risks or lack of guarantee on hand spot cleaning my dress. UPDATE: the owner, Cindy, reached out to me and said that she doesn't remember the vest buttons being damaged upon cleaning but she did mention that the buttons are made of shell. So, she was deflecting all responsibility here. I was not even offered a full refund, she just wanted me "to come pick up the dress". I had to ask for a full refund! It's been a couple of days and there is no pending refund on my credit card. This company is also false advertising, as they claim to specialize in wedding dresses and that each dress comes with a consultation for best cleaning options.

This was full-on negligence. When I returned to resolve the issue, the employee gave me the runaround for nearly a month. Not a single repair was made. They refused to provide a manager's name, phone number, or company policies when asked - basic things any legitimate business would offer. Calls were ignored or abruptly disconnected. After multiple visits and wasted time, including coming early after a night shift to meet a manager who never showed - I was forced to retrieve my coats, still destroyed.

I came into the shop, after paying for transportation to get my blanket, Cheon said that it was now finished. Because of her mistake, I told her she didn't sew the fabrics as I ordered. She told me to come in and to "just pick up the blanket". When I arrived on Thursday afternoon, her husband was there, not understanding English, or understanding anything that I was saying, I asked him for the blanket, after speaking to his wife regarding the situation. He told me he was charging me full price, and I let him know that I had talked to his wife. The situation turned out to where he was refusing to give the blanket, so I had to call Citrus Heights, police station in order to try to get my blanket. They told me it wasn't a criminal instance so I would have to take it up in small claims court. I don't and didn't want to make time to go to court. I told him I was not leaving without my blanket, we finally agreed on a small payment, I then left with my blanket. IT WAS SHAMEFUL THAT IT HAD TO COME TO THAT! These folks are a business, and they basically ran me in circles only to find that what I had ordered. He had at one time told me just to go home and he wasn't gonna give me my blanket. I highly disregard this business here, Cheon leaves her husband alone after 2 pm in the afternoon, only to find that he cannot speak any English! I give this business a -10 stars one of the worst businesses I have ever came across in this state!

It is a laundromat and appeared slightly older,it was not bright and shiny but as laundromats go it was not exceptionally dirty. (Issue previously noted). 2. I was there mid morning and there were other customers but still several machines open, however of those you quickly find machines that are not working either out of order or the card reader not working of course after you have loaded and are ready to go. So I highly recommend you bring coin! (Issue previously noted). 3. There was an attendant there with a small child as I arrived, who was riding on a small toy, do not get me wrong I love children and I understand it can be difficult to work when you have them.. however this is happening as you step in to the laundry mat carrying your laundry.. trying to negotiate a small child riding on toy in a small space..this could be a recipe for disaster especially having a large retirement community. The young attendant/owner? apparently working must have been done for the day as I worked my way to a washer she collected the child, locked the office door and left. So my impression is there is no attendant available during working hours. 4. Once I found washing machines that worked and waited for cycle, several more people had arrived, since the card reader problem extended to dryers too this left a bottle neck of customers trying to find a machine that would work..very frustrating! To the owner(s): My advice as a customer, (I had a family member who once owned a laundry mat in the Bay Area) this does not make me an expert but did give me some insight into the ups and downs of this type of business). I highly recommend that you have an attendant during business hours for several reasons, Laundromats are large investments and having a presence helps protect your investment! And your customers as well! Unfortunately in today's society you will find many in the public could care less about your investment, it appears that you do not either.. Having an attendant available that customers can approach to help resolve issues like the card reader taking your money but the machine not working builds trust and confidence with customers as well as protects your investment from vandalism/ damage. This also allows you to keep your mat clean (No one wants to wash their clothes in a dirty surroundings. As an owner this type of business (and most businesses) they do not work well as "set it and forget it", as with any business you have to put time and care in, and set aside part of the business earnings for upkeep of equipment. Given that the machines and card readers are a longstanding issue.. I have to assume you do not, as for card readers you might also post a sign on the door that card readers are not working and give customers a heads up to bring coin. before they are trapped in your laundry with wet clothes.. as I found I was able to get 2 dollars from the store next door .. as they have experienced this repeatedly, that is their limit. Laundry mats are not glorious..yet they are a needed business in any community some rely on them wholly, some need them for the large items you can not wash in home machines, at some point almost everyone will use a laundromat. With a little effort this could be a very nice laundromat that the community could depend on and not dread having to use.. right now I expect that it won't last long in the condition it's in.. It takes work and initiative to keep one running smoothly, you should put in the effort.. as I assume this is your livelihood! 2 stars as I did get my laundry done, but barely!
