The owner and staff did nothing to try to remedy the situation. Once my vest was found, I agreed to a certain repair. I picked it up today and much to my surprise, the agreed-upon alteration was not even made! And I was still required to pay full price! I'm so disappointed with the quality of the "repair", the customer service received during this whole process, the fact that no one called me to tell me the repair I requested couldn't be done, and that no one even tried to remedy the situation!

Camellia City did an awesome job. Seriously. We spoke with Cynthia on the phone who helped us set up our appointment. They didn't have our first choice of times available, but she told us if they had a cancellation that she would call us back and let us know. A couple of days passed and she called us to let us know that our original time preference was available. Very cool of her to follow up like that. On the day of the cleaning technicians Aaron and Joseph arrived right on time. They explained in detail what how Chem-Dry products work and how they were going to approach cleaning the rooms in our house. Basically they showed us that they had their crap together and knew what they were doing. Nicely done. It took them a tad bit longer than they expected, but it was due to our cat's hair being so embedded in the carpet that it took them a bit of extra work to get it all out. Personally I was fine with that because I'd rather have the job done well than fast. Plus, I had taken a half day off of work so it wasn't a big deal for me. When Joseph and Aaron were done, my wife and let out a bunch of "whoas" and "holy craps" because our carpet looked brand new. We didn't realize how dirty we had been living until the carpets had been truly cleaned. It's amazing. I used to Rug Doctor the carpets about once every eight to twelve months. Never again. The quality level of Chem-Dry vs. Rug Doctor is not even in the same ballpark. Plus Rug Doctor was a major pain in the ass with the tank refills and the time investment. We're hooked on our clean carpets now, so we're going to do this again in a few months when our little guys starts to get mobile. We were originally referred to Camellia City through the Chem-Dry web site, but going forward we're just going to go straight to them. This was a 100% positive experience and I highly recommend these guys to anyone in the Sacramento area.
