He took his time to eliminate all variables to determine the root cause of the problem. Kevin explained each step he was trying to ensure I know what may be issue. He located the issue, but he did not have the part on the truck. Kevin explained that the part was not needed during the warm summer days, so he was able to bypass the issue without causing any damage to the unit so my family could have cool air over the holidays. The technician called me just before noon on Wednesday and told me he'd arrive in 20 minutes. He arrived just when he said. He (Josh) did a great job. He was very thorough. One of the first nights we used it, it cut off because it wasn't draining properly. Before that, the installers drilled the holes for the upstairs registers in wrong place. The workers denied that they did it! To be honest, the company did make that right. The holes were filled and a painter came in to touch up. A few times a week during the summer, I have to go upstairs and dry out the the area around the air handler in the attic.
