I relayed my situation to Micheal, who also happens to be the owner, and he gave me my estimate of cost for tow including time. He was on schedule, professional plus cordial. This was the worst experience i've ever had with the tow company…read more When the tow truck driver arrived , he was in a terrible mood. He barked at me instead of asking me questions. While we were driving he was texting. It made me extremely uncomfortable. He took a phone call as well. I asked him to stop texting and he got mad and I was really scared. It felt like he had been a bully his whole life. I will never use this service again. I have pictures and video proving that he was driving while he was texting with my car dangling on the back and me in the passenger seat! I would never recommend this company to anyone!
