We tried jumping it ourselves, and even an employee from the store came out to help, but nothing worked. Then Trev showed up like an angel. Not only did he get the car started, but he refused to charge us a dime. Who does that anymore?! I was notified that Eagle towing was going to provide service and that it would be an hour wait. I googled their location and they were only 2.5 miles away from me so I called just to confirm the wait time, I understand that maybe they were all busy at the moment but I would assume that if they have someone available they would be within close proximity of their main location but instead of explaining anything they just said "what are we supposed to do just sit here and wait for your call?" and continued to talk to me like I'm some kind of idiot.
