I also liked that I called at 8 am, and by 2:30 pm, I had a new hot water heater installed. I don't think I received the best "deal" I could get on the water heater. I could have saved some bucks. However, with this installation, I received a 10-year warranty from the company, and they will come out and service the water heater for a small extra amount. My installer was Jaime V., who had great knowledge and a friendly attitude. He caught a small leak in his work and fixed it. As we all know, some would have just left; however, Jaime wanted to leave with everything fixed. I have had this water heater for just a few hours. If something in the future causes me to change my opinion, I will update the review.

The original dryer switch problem was solved in a few minutes. Then he tested and found poor air flow. I told him that we wrote that off to it being an electric dryer because I had already power cleaned out all the lint from the venting in the wall when we got down here. Don guessed that the flapper might still be plugged and I told him that was on my list to borrow a ladder and finish the cleaning of the top. He got his ladder out and did it. Now there is draft. He then leveled the washer and checked inside the front when he noticed that the drum was off balance.
