Lie about contract read before signing. They customer service is garbage. Stay away from them.

BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE! Please read this review BEFORE doing business with Service Uniform. They are a predatory company that uses shady tactics and straight up LIES to get your business. In the summer of 2023 I opened an Ace Hardware in Colorado Springs, CO. A salesperson from Service Uniform came in and asked if I wanted rugs from Service Uniform. I was very hesitant, because I didn't really feel like I needed their rugs. However, the salesperson was very persistent, so I decided to give them a chance. I told the salesperson that I would try them out, but asked if I could cancel service if it wasn't working out. She told me that would be no problem. Let me repeat that...SHE SAID IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM...Then, she had me sign a contract, but only showed me the signature page and said she had to "fill out" the rest of the contract and would send it to me. When I received the full contract there was a paragraph stating that I had signed a 6 year contract??? So, I was lied to by the representative of this company, but still decided to give it a chance and used their service for over a year. Then, I decided it was an expense that I really didn't need, so I canceled. Now, Service Uniform is trying to say that I owe them $14,000 for canceling the service early. Now I have to sue them. What kind of company operates this way?? Not a legitimate one, I can tell you that. So, if you're a business owner and Service Uniform approaches you, do yourself a favor and tell them to leave and never come back. read more

Terrible company. Contract is a scam that forces you to renew without telling you they over charge for items calling them "specialty" and the product is terrible with rips and upside down tags. Read their contract carefully because they hide expenses and will do whatever it takes to get more money out of you read more

have to say this company was great in the beginning. but now after about 10 years with this company the uniforms are in bad shape. get new replacements that are tourn up, pockets hanging, sent back for repairs and guess what comes back same way. been fighting with management to fix my problems but cant seem to get it right WOW. would not recamend this company. john read more

My husband wears the uniforms provided and laundered by Service Uniforms. On Mar 13, he put his wedding ring in his pocket so as to not get paint on it. The laundry is picked up by Service Uniforms on Wednesdays and he recalled after the laundry was picked up that he put the ring in his jeans (uniform) pocket the previous day. My husband went to the Service Uniform shop in Colorado Springs on Thursday early a.m. He was told by one of the employees that the laundry was picked up at 4:00 a.m., and if he called the main plant in Denver when they opened, they would probably be able to catch the laundry before it hit the washing machines. My husband called the main branch in Denver as soon as they opened, and was told by Brandy in customer service that they had not yet washed the laundry. Brandy stated that she would alert the plant manager so they could try to find the ring before the load was washed. He never received a phone call back on Thursday one way or the other. I then called customer service on Thursday, the same day the laundry was delivered to the plant, and also spoke to Brandy, who told me that they had not yet washed his laundry and that as soon as she heard something, she would call me back. I never heard back so I called Brandy again, who stated she had not heard anything. I told Brandy that my husband had also left a Swiss army knife which had his name on it in his pocket several months earlier and despite his asking the driver every week, he was told that it never turned up. I told Brandy that I was worried that someone took it because it seemed unlikely that a pocket knife could actually get lost in the washer or dryer. As we still had not heard back, I called back the next day and asked for Brandy to request an update. Larry, the manager instead got on the phone and stated that Brandy was "in tears" because I upset her so much. I advised Larry that I was not mean in the least, but I was persistent in calling her because my understanding was that one of the managers would go into my husband's laundry bag and go through the five pair of pants to retrieve the ring. Larry stated that the laundry is not in individual bags but instead are dumped in one huge bag or bin. I asked him if he could have someone look in the washers or dryers then but when Brandy told me that the plant manager was alerted and that it was as simple as going through only five pair of pants, I was confused as to why it took so long to hear back and why I had to keep calling back. I knew that the longer time had lapsed, the less likely it would be to find the ring. Larry then told me that this was the first he heard of this which, of course, concerned me as to if the plant manager was actually notified. I also explained to Larry that my husband had left a Swiss Army knife which he had also put in his pocket several months ago. He had asked the driver, Sergio, if they had found this knife and despite my husband asking Sergio weekly if anyone had ever found it, he was always told that it never turned up. I explained to Larry that I was concerned that he may have some employees who are not honest as I find it hard to believe that a pocket knife could get lost in a washer or dryer. Larry then said something to the effect that I was calling all of his employees dishonest. Larry graciouagreed to have the managers look in the washers and dryers as soon as these were emptied but that it would not be until first thing Monday morning as the plant closes at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. I thanked him profusely and asked him to thank the managers for me as well. On Monday, I expected to hear from Larry early but as I had not heard back by 10:30, I called and asked for Brandy, but got Larry instead. Larry stated that he had a car accident this weekend and couldn't say if anyone was able to go through the washers or dryers. Larry explained that the more time lapsed, the more unlikely it was to find the ring. He stated that the time to have notified them was as soon as it happened (which of course is exactly what my husband did). Despite multiple phone calls both by myself and my husband, no one from Service Uniform has ever called us back; we have always had to call them. They have never gotten back to us when they said they would; we had to call them. Needless to say, we have never received either the Swiss Army Knife or the wedding ring back. Also, I asked if we could put up a $500 reward for the wedding ring but the manager did not feel this was as good idea as it may give the impression that "someone stole it." We are devastated by the loss of this ring and although it was my husband's fault, we hoped that management would have taken the extra step but apparently they couldn't be bothered. ​ read more

They hire people that think it's fun to mess with people in traffic. When you call to complain about it or bring it to their attention they basically blow you off. Then when you call to follow up they basically laugh at you and blow you off again. They say they are a family-owned company but if they don't care about their drivers putting people in danger then they don't care about their customers. Reading all the reviews makes me realize what a horrible company this is. I would be very cautious if you choose to do business with this company as they like to add on fees and bully people. I am a customer and have been since 5/2014. I need to stop their service but they want me to pay them 3800.00 to get out. What good company needs to take money for doing nothing. Be careful and read the contract it doesn't matter what the salesman say. read more

Overall not a good experience and bad service. Especially the Ft Collins location. Will never use their service again
