I have unfortunately been going to them for the last serval years to order gear. They are extremely slow and always seem to get something wrong. This year we had major issues with them doing incorrect billings. Customer service is at the bottom of there agenda. There quality of screen printing and embroidery is extremely poor. Not the place for you. I have (unfortunately, have various company and organizational logos here) placed almost half-a-dozen orders here. Feedback: 1. When the work is finally done (see below), they do GOOD work. But... 2. Never have I had a complete order done correctly the first time. Never. 3. Orders take FOREVER and they will ALWAYS be late. 4. When you ask them (by phone) for an updated delivery status they will promise to call you - and then won't. 5. When you call to complain and ask for a manager, they will take your name and number - and won't call back. 6. Given their lack of phone follow-ups, it is of course unreasonable to expect them to call you and tell you that your order is done. 7. I have paid by CC at pickup and then had my organization duplicate billed for the work. Sloppy account management. I have taken our entire inventory of screen-printing work away from these people. Only the cost of setup fees for new vendors for the multi-color embroidery keeps me coming here. read more

My order was placed in early October and as of today (early December), no order, no delivery date, no communication; but this appears to be the norm. Like everyone else, I feel that the lack of communication or any type of customer service is seriously lacking. Not very happy with the customer service... Here is the situation. I am on a bowling league and being the dorks we are... personalized shirts were the mission. We had a screen print on the back and embroidery with our names on the front. I love the shirt honestly! I think it was done well. But the name was in the wrong spot. I did not notice this until that evening when we all had our shirts... bummer... Also 3 months ago when the other women got their shirts one of the ladies had her name spelled wrong and was offered to have the thread taken out and re embroidered... but that involved being inconvenienced bu driving almost 40 minutes to their shop...(she had it shipped before) so she lived with it... I emailed the gentleman that had been helping me and told him my situation. He offered only a refund on the embroidery only or a discount on a future order. There would be stitch holes so redoing it was not an option for me. I think this kindave sucks personally. I appreciate being offered that but if you mess up something you said you could do... why wouldn't you fix it completely... I was told to basically just live with it :( so... needless to say I will not be recommending them for your screen printing or embroidery needs... read more

I will never use this shop again. Brought in a sweatshirt to have a logo put on it. The logo was done wrong. The girl, Lisa who helped me was super rude. Refused to figure out how to fix the problem and told me no one could even talk to me for another week to fix it. Then wasn't even sure they would work on it to fix the problem in time for Christmas even though they made the mistake. Again will never use them again. read more

Every time we go in this store for sports uniforms for our son, it is a mess! They are always short-staffed so cannot do any type of names or numbers on jerseys for weeks. This time they put our son's team name on his jersey wrong - they wanted to pull out the stitching and move it over while keeping the jersey for 4-5 days OR told us to buy a new one?! Since those options were not going to work with me they eventually agreed to reprint a jersey at the tune of two weeks ... that's okay while my son is wearing the messed up jersey for the first two weeks of his season we will be sure to tell everyone that PROFORMANCE did it! Local teams & sports leagues need to listen up & get a new source - this one has been horrible for the four years we have been in youth sports so far & I don't see it EVER improving! read more

Not worth of any Stars. After experiencing solid service on simple orders I recently receive the worst service from ProFormance that I have ever experienced as a customer - bar none-. We ordered a letter jacket 3 months ago. ProFormance stated that it would take 8 weeks to order. When we inquired a month ago when the jack would be in they said 2 weeks. 2 weeks later we called to inquire and were told 2 more weeks. We called ProFormance and they said they would check and call back. No call. We called again and were hung up on. I drove to ProFormance and all the owner offered was a refund. Sure give me my money so I will go away. Never a reach out to communicate. No customer resolution. No specific dates. Denver Apparel is much easier to work with. This is the reason they moved to a smaller location. They are driving their customers away. read more

Worst business experience ever. We brought in jackets to be embroidered - 4 1/2 months later they returned them. They screwed up all the jackets, then yelled at me and basically threw the jackets at me and told me to leave the store. I told them they needed to fix or replace what they ruined. They ultimately had to replace most of the jackets but without any apology or good business etiquette. I will never do business with them again. read more

I was just about to open my store and needed more shirts for my employees. I spoke with Jeff and he got me what I needed in three days. I was impressed by the speed my order was processed and since it is a local company I just went and picked up the order the same day. I really appreciate it when a company hears my urgency and takes it upon themselves to get the job done asap. Thanks Jeff! read more

If I could mark 0 stars I would. Never will I use this company again. The order I placed (for ONLY 2 t-shirts) never arrived and it took several emails AND a phone call to locate my apparel. Finally about a month later, I got through to their customer service rep who told me nonchalantly, "Oh, ya, your order is here, you can come pick it up" even though I paid extra to have it shipped to my house. Furthermore, when I initially ordered my apparel, the website was messed up and charged me twice for the same order. I have been emailing Amanda, their customer service rep for almost two months now trying to get a refund for the money I was overcharged.... Most of the time I don't even get an email response..... PROformance is the worst company I have ever worked with. No customer service. Terrible screen print and embroidery. When they mess up they aren't willing to fix the mistakes. They offer small refunds or discounts on next orders but not to do the work correctly. Dip wits working in the store who have zero common sense. Even when you lay out every single detail and do there job for them for what you want they seem to mess it up. Wouldn't return calls. Emails returned weeks later. Owners rarely in store to talk to. Monica is rude and ignorant and obviously doesn't care about the livelyhood of the business. Watch your bank accounts because they will charge you without invoicing you. WATCH OUT !! read more

I wish I could give them Zero Stars also. Awful customer service. The company I work for uses this place for our uniforms, so I'm forced to use them. They have messed up every order I've ever placed. My coworkers, too. It took close to a year to get the last order I placed. They shipped several wrong orders over the course of 9 months. Several of my coworkers simply gave up on their orders. They, too received either incomplete orders, or things they didn't order, or the wrong size. Some names were misspelled. I can't express enough how disappointing the customer service is. They seem surprised to hear from me every time I called, and didn't return any phone calls. Absolutely terrible. Do not use this company for anything. You will be disappointed! Customer service is ABSOLUTELY terrible. Very dishonest relating to time of delivery of product. I had to constantly call and ask the status of my order. Every week i called they would say it will ship out this week just to realize the NEXT week it had not. The POC never called me even though multiple messages had been sent. We have had them design uniforms as well as screen print names and numbers on existing uniforms. The service is absolutely horrendous. No customer service whatsoever. Names and numbers continue to fall off the jerseys. We also have an order of jerseys that have yet to be filled. Phone calls are never received nor are they ever returned. Amanda is non-responsive and very unprofessional. She actually hung up on us the other day. Would never recommend this company to any friends or family. read more

ZERO STARS! Do not take your business to this place. Customer service is horrible, they have an excuse for everything. Took an expensive shirt there to get a business logo put on and they totally ruined my shirt and then told me they glued the fabric back together and it "doesn't look that bad". Several phone calls later to the front desk person who could only answer with I don't know, I got in touch with the manager. After going back and forth with her I went to pick up my ruined shirt and the manager would not even come out and face me and take responsibility for her poor business . I ordered a shirt, requested shipment and did not receive the shirt. I called to inquire and they informed me that they would not send the shirt until I had paid the previously unmentioned $5.50 shipping charge. Shady, but fine. I need the shirt. A week later, I call to ask where my shirt is. "We just shipped it this morning." Mind you, I made my initial order 31 days prior to shipment. Poor service. Still don't know about the product, because it's not in my possession yet. read more

I also wish I could give zero stars for this review. I echo all of the bad experiences others have had with Proformance. I honestly have never encountered such bad customer service elsewhere. I asked for a copy of my order form and was told I could take a photo of it if I wanted to. An order that we were told would take 6-8 weeks to arrive took more than 9 months to arrive and that was with weekly nagging phone calls I had to make, because they would not call me back. I brought in another sewing request and was quoted a 2 week turnaround. Of course I had to call to check because they will never call their customer, and they were clueless, rude, and unsympathetic that my order was not done and had no idea how to offer a resolution. Their store is a disaster zone, I honestly don't understand how they stay in business. I've taken my business elsewhere and I encourage others to do the same. read more

I have used Proformance apparel for a few years and ordered hundreds of items. There has not been one order that went with out a mistake. It was either missing items, printing in wrong locations, embroidery in the wrong location or completely missing, and invoices that were paid for but missing documentation on their system- they never double checked the credit card transaction record and basically called my company liars until we copied our credit card statement and gave it to them. After all of these issues I paid the full invoice and had a few that were still coming from out of stock (Next Level's fault), and emailed multiple times about when they were done if we could get some kind of discount because all of the past issues and no emails back until I kept hounding them and finally got an answer on if we would be discounted (all others emails were answered until I mentioned mistakes and asked for some kind of discount). They did however give us a discount which was appreciated but at no time did they apologize for the mistakes and take it upon themselves to make it right. Just a very unprofessional business when it comes to communications and making things right. My wife ordered thousands of dollars worth of product and printing a couple times a year for her business and now she has used another company since 2014. I should have followed her lead and cut my ties too. If you do chose to still use this company- call and ask for Kraig. He handled the last 1/10 of this issue and he was very professional, followed through on calling back when he said he would and was polite and got stuff done. read more
