About this time a year ago September 2018 Frank and Daniel came out to give us an estimate on upgrading our electrical panel. Not only did they provide us with excellent customer service they were knowledgeable and helpful on our decision on what we needed to have upgraded on our panel improve our electrical around our house. Daniel came out and did all the work for us the following week he did a superb job he even upgraded our electrical in our bathroom above sink vanity that did not have a switch he installed an extra switch on the wall and a new lighting. This company is great. They were installing solar panels next door. We asked for a quote on an EV charger. They were very thorough before giving an estimate. An official quote came a couple of days later. Quote was same as original estimate. We made an appointment. They came out on time and finished the work within four hours, even though they had to end up under the house to install wiring from garage to electrical panel, instead of going through the attic. They had to break a little of the stucco to get to the electrical box but repatched it afterwards. Cleaned up everything. Very efficient. Very thorough. Very happy with the work and the install. I called this place to get an actual quote for installing an additional power outlet in my second floor loft. I gave them pretty good details on what I needed exactly i.e where the nearest power source is, the exact distance to it, and the actual location of where the additional outlet was to be installed. They responded that they would need to come and visit my house to give me an actual quote . I agreed to the visit and agreed to meet with them next day at 3pm. The next day, they did not show at 3pm. I did not get a call that they would be late. As a matter a fact , they called at 3:45 , and apologized that they got caught up doing another job. They asked me again over the phone what I needed, as if my detailed request from the day before wasn't enough . I re-iterated the same details , and then all of a sudden they were able to give me a quote over the phone. That's understandable. However that is not an excuse to not call me ahead of time to let me know they were running late not even planning to show up at all. As a potential customer , it almost seemed as if they had no intention of coming to my house to give me an actual quote. Please re-train your staff for consistency and please don't waste people's time. Nobody likes to wait around for someone , who calls 40-45 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Having recently purchased an EV, I needed an electrician to install a wall connector/charger at my home. I contacted several local electrician for quotes after 10pm on a Thursday night.
